Great accommodation, very well located for visiting the villages of Lake Como. The access instructions are clear, the accommodation is very clean, small touches in the kitchen for our arrival, comfortable bed! The view of the lake from the living room is superb. We had a great time!

Arianna was so kind and extremely responsive. She let us check in early and so helpful with all our concerns. Her place was the most beautiful air bnb ever, filled with everything you may need. 3 mins walk into town and to the ferry.

We had great time at Lisa's apartment. It is very clean, and location is very quiet and beautiful. Lisa is very friendly and responds quickly. The apartment has the garden with lake view which is nice. It has everything you need to feel at home. We would love to come back again.

Very nice, newly furnished apartment with nice view. 10 min from Menaggio by car. A car or scooter is definitely a must due to the mountain location. Our host was very friendly and accommodating.

Lucia has just been a very kind and accommodating host. She recommended us a lot and was easily accessible. Our dog had hurt a little and Lucia not only recommended us a veterinarian very quickly, she even came by in person to see Floki and also brought us something for the wound. The place was very romantic and the fireplace was a dream. We enjoyed the time very much. The small village and neighbors have grown close to our hearts. We will miss the view and Claudio with his great manner. Thanks for everything ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Lake Como. The accommodation with the view of the lake was phenomenal for the days we were here. I can only recommend it to everyone!

From the moment we booked to the moment we finished our holiday Angela and Rodolfo were the warmest and kindest hosts. From offering to pick us up from the station and then drop us off at the end of the week, to the thoughtful gifts to welcome us to their beautiful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything we needed for a weeks break and spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and made even more stunning by the gorgeous weather we were blessed with all week. We decided not to hire a car choosing instead to walk into Bellano each day and used the boats to ferry us across to a few of the other towns around Lake Como. This was a great way to see and experience Bellano and surrounding area but it was quite hilly though so a car, moped or bike would be recommended if you aren’t up for a 30 minute walk each way and a little bit of hill/stair climbing. Perfect Hosts ! Perfect Accommodation and Views! Perfect Holiday !

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

We had a wonderful stay, everything just as described. Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

This was truly one of the best airbnb experiences I have had. The location was perfect for us to reach the airport at the end of our trip and Chu Yi was even kind enough to drive us to the train station. Overall, I would 100% recommend this airbnb to anyone in the future!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

I agree with the very good comments already made. The magnificent view combined with the cozy side of the apartment. Lots of beautiful things in the area. Car necessary in my opinion, otherwise a little less than 1 kilometer of hill. I loved it
