Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Maria Maior

Loved this place. Perfect if you’re staying in the area and want access to the beach or good food. It’s a great location and the host is superb at responding to questions and giving recommendations

The location is excellent. It’s in the beautiful Graca neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and beautiful sunset views. Andréia was friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The apartment was spacious and clean. It is on the third floor so be prepared to walk up a few flights.

Pedro’s place is such a great find. Wonderful location as it’s close to most sights and restaurants. It’s spacious and clean, actually we had a peaceful night’s sleep even with all the parties! The view is gorgeous, and Marta’s very friendly when we arrived. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and we would love to come back again.

Amazing apartment in Belém to relax and unwind, with only a 20 minute tram link to the centre of Lisbon. Loved staying here, we’ll definitely be back. Great host, reliable, friendly, and informative.

Absolutely perfect for a couple looking to explore Lisbon. Great location (only 5/10 minute walk to the centre, but tucked away so you’re not disturbed by too much noise or tourists. There are some really good restaurants and bars nearby too. The apartment is small and could probably do with one extra cabinet or table to put your stuff/bags, but honestly for 3/4 days this place is the best!

Fantastic! Tiago was very helpful in accommodating my last minute booking. The place was tidy and perfectly ready, looked like the pictures, and the location is fantastic: central, walkable but peaceful for a great night rest. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but still has everything you might need and is well connected with various public transport options nearby. António & Mónica were very welcoming hosts and provided useful information. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Claudia's during our long weekend trip for the Suncebeat festival. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and we very much enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. Great location to cross the bridge into the City but then you can head south and enjoy the stunning coast line. highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Carlos’s apartment. Everything we needed was there. If I had any issues at all Carlos was extremely prompt at responding and resolving things. I had misinterpreted the apartment as having a garden. There are 2 outside chairs at the end of the driveway within locked gates but not a ‘garden’ as such. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time at David’s place with our 2 kids. The beach house is only a few footsteps away from a long and beautiful beach and it provides all the required amenities. Special mention to David who, in addition to being extremely friendly, provided great recommendations and was always available to ensure our stay was good. Thank you and see you next time!

Joao and Sandra's accommodation is a gem. You will be immediately immersed in a unique atmosphere, in a house with great charm. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and has everything you need to cook at home, if you want to. The main meals should be eaten out in our opinion, wide choice everywhere. Very comfortable bed. We were warmly welcomed and received quick and precise answers to all our questions. The station is just a few minutes away! We highly recommend this accommodation and thank Joao and Sandra very much.

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

Communicating with Ricardo was very easy. As soon as I had questions, they were answered quickly. He was very friendly and helpful. Ricardo is super hospitable and also recommended some things I could do in the Costa da Caparica region. Can't beat the location! It was walking distance from most sites, the Metro and train. the apartment was spacious and relaxing. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was very convenient. Ling showed us the grocery store, which had everything you needed including delicious pastries. Ling was especially helpful from booking through our stay.
