Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to the guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

Every detail of the house was designed for the comfort and practicality of those who arrive… and don't want to leave! Yes! With the structure and coziness that the house provides, it is difficult to leave it to do tourism! Everything of the highest quality from the living/social area, including the service area and the rooms. Open, broad and beautiful concept! With a perfect fireplace and heated floors in every room of the house! Full kitchen with utensils and appliances! Several parking spaces in a very well located place! And the rooms? The condominium is great for those seeking comfort, rest and tranquility. Great family atmosphere and perfect for those who like to travel with dogs. The location is very privileged due to the natural beauty of the preservation area, while at the same time being close to the center. Super easy and smooth check in/out. Hostess always available and helpful.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! You can book without fear and besides being beautiful, it has a great location! Thank you for the beautiful accommodation, I felt at home with my family ♥️

The space is comfortable, well located and has all the resources for cooking something, such as pots, plates, bowls. It is in a great and very beautiful region, I only suggested that the space has waste separation, dry and organic.

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It is a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options to eat. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!

A good accommodation. It is within the hotel wish structure, only hotel could offer a transport on the premises. I went with my elderly parents, with low mobility, it was bad for them. For it is a hill that needs to climb to the reception/coffee and other environments
