The stay in the hosts' apartment was wonderful from start to finish… A real refuge in the Serra gaúcha! Every detail is designed in guest comfort, from the gas heating in the kitchen and bathroom taps to the very shower that is super powerful and looks like it hugs us so cozy it is! The kitchen is functional and has all the basic and necessary items, I prepared the breakfasts with the dishes that are beautiful! The living room is a compliment aside: the sofa is very comfortable and doesn't feel like going out! Last but not least, the room is spacious, we managed to quietly accommodate our belongings… and the bed is very good, we sleep super well during the nights! Communication with Renan was great from the time of booking until check out, he was very attentive and kind to us! I can say it was the best experience here on this platform since I started using it! Super recommend for couples and families looking for peace of mind in Gramado!

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, organized and clean. The view is wonderful. Fernanda, with whom we checked in and checked out, is super helpful, friendly and always attended to us promptly.

The apto. is in a very well-kept building with gardens and a deck to sit and rest. The condominium is very clean offering security and a lot of tranquility because it is on top of a hill surrounded by very green, with a lot of peace and silence, perfect for those who want to rest. We pointed out small problems to the administrator who responded promptly. There was no wine opener, only one spoon for coffee , and the faucet of the kitchen sink was very loose. In the bedroom with single beds one of the beds seemed to have no mattress which made it very difficult to sleep on it because it was very hard so we had to improvise with the blankets, but we informed those responsible who promised to check all this and arrange the concerts. Although these problems are very worth staying in this fit if you want to rest and stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gramado.

Sandro was very helpful, it served us very well and resolved all our doubts, the very good place for family rest, many options on site even to enjoy the day ( swimming pool, sauna, basketball area, Kids space). thank you for the stay .

Super cozy environment, very quiet place, super complete condominium, great location. My wife and I and a couple of friends liked it so much that we already want to go back, in relation to cleanliness I believe they could leave a dishcloth, floor cloth and a pair of extra towels per room. Because having a pool, it gets wet and later there is no dry area for bathing. Otherwise, everything is fine, air conditioning in all rooms, heats the whole house, smart TV in all rooms in case you want to watch movies, series and the like. Hot showers and great for bathing since it is very cold. The apartment was better than we imagined, we would definitely return to it in another stay in Gramado.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! You can book without fear and besides being beautiful, it has a great location! Thank you for the beautiful accommodation, I felt at home with my family ♥️

The location is great, safe and very beautiful. This is the second time we have stayed at the place, Rodrigo and Joseana are always very proactive and polite to resolve any complications.

Our stay was very quiet and nice. Easily accessible location, close to everything we needed. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was very organized, clean and safe. The hosts always sent messages to check if everything was okay. We liked it very much and intend to stay again.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!
