The home was absolutely beautiful and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host went above and beyond—leaving us fresh eggs, fruit, coffee, and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids especially loved the pool, and we really appreciated how proactive and attentive the host was throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Irma’s place! We loved walking through the beautiful courtyard garden everyday and being greeted by her very friendly cat and dog. The living space felt very homely and cozy, and it’s situated far enough away from the street that you don’t hear much traffic, it’s nice and peaceful. And lastly, it’s positioned in a fantastic location with great restaurants and cafes very nearby. Our favourite in particular is Muss Cafe, just two blocks away, and has an amazing rooftop. What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

el lugar es tranquilo y cómodo realmente a 20 min del centro de Oaxaca, solo son 100 metros de terracería antes de llegar pero un sedan pasa sin problema la casa es muy grande y alberca privada.

This is by far one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed at. The family that runs the casa are incredibly generous and friendly. They have a really yummy restaurant next door which we also would highly recommend. This was the highlight of our stay in Oaxaca. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maria was a great host ! She was very responsive and check in was smooth . My wife and I had a great stay at this home . The house is located about 15 minutes driving distance from the centro . I would recommend to rent a vehicle to get around the city and get to the house. The neighborhood felt very safe , and it was relaxing to come back after a long day of exploring the surrounding pueblos . There is a garage for 1 vehicle which was perfect since had a rental car . The bedroom had a king bed , TV and A/C . The bathroom has 2 sinks and the shower area was really clean . The kitchen and living room area was spacious and the patio area was beautiful . Would definitely recommend this spot !

My stay was beautiful. The home is bright, clean, & spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. There’s no oven, but I cooked every meal I wanted. The bed is comfy, & the patio is perfect for breakfast. There’s a stunning hike nearby. Map to “Montecito,” take the left fork, and it loops back to the house. More trails are a short taxi ride away. Buses to the city are easy (10 pesos), & DiDi for taxi. Maria offers a ride if it aligns with her work schedule. She’s incredibly kind & genuinely cares about her guests. Filtered water is available upon request, which was super helpful. There’s also a sweet cleaning service from Carmelita. The local market near Mula Café has amazing fresh produce. The neighborhood is peaceful & friendly. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as dogs sometimes bark at night. This place feels like home thanks to the love and generosity of Maria and her family. I’m so grateful to have found it.

My family and I were delighted with how convenient and wonderful the department was. It was great for my party of five and allowed us to wander around the city without worrying about the time. Everything is within walking distance! I can confidently say that my stay here was better than it has been at any hotel. I would book this again!

This is a great, spacious apartment in an absolutely ideal location! The check-in process was super easy, and the place was spotless. It’s much larger than expected, which made it a really comfortable stay. Taxi service was also arranged for us which was ideal. It did get quite hot inside (which seems typical for the area), but multiple fans were provided, which helped a lot. Initially, there was no hot water in the shower and the stove was out of gas, but the host was incredibly responsive. Both were fixed within 20 minutes of messaging him. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. A wonderful spot in the heart of everything

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

The location cannot be beat. It is centrally located and everything is close. Paulina was very responsive and helpful with all her recommendations of where to eat or go and also recommends a travel company for tours. The house is comfortable, safe and easy to locate. We did stay with our dog and our dog felt comfortable also. The a/c worked great to keep the bedroom cool to sleep. I would recommend this location and the host. If we get back to Oaxaca we will stay at Paulinas.

We had a lovely stay at Margarita’s place. The design is beautiful with every you need. It’s a little out of the hustle and bustle of central Oaxaca which was exactly what we were looking for. Still close to plenty of restaurants that felt more local than in the centre. Recommended!

Renee always responded very quickly and was super helpful. The living room area is quite small, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is pretty good, although there's not much room to store food or do preparation. It worked out fine, I did some very basic cooking and had no real problems.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Zanduga was amazing. Abdiel was very responsive and was quick to help with whatever we needed. the communal areas were great for sitting around and playing cards and the pool was a nice extra to end the day after walking all around the city. The leave apartment is cozy and great for couples or family families . would recommend to anyone
