The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

I had a wonderful stay! The views of the mountains, the terrace, skylights, windows/doors, modern design, spacious rain shower, and kingsized bed made it difficult to leave! The apartment had the feeling of a modern boutique condo and the hosts were super responsive. It was also easy to get around because the apartment is within walking distance of the city’s center. I whole-heartedly recommend Aloja T!!! It is a hidden gem!

It was the best place we could choose, they are excellent people and they are attentive to you as a guest, if you want to enjoy and return home happy I recommend that you stay with them

We didn't know that beautiful and emblematic city. The location of the accommodation helped us to explore, as it was really close to the center, although to return it is an uphill walk, it was easy to walk, near recognizable places, there was no need to use the car; as for the parking, it was accessible and understandable because we arrived without warning (you have to warn in advance if you are going to use it). The host's attention and explanations also made our stay enjoyable.

We had such a great time, Melinda made us feel at home immediately with her warm welcome. The neighbourhood is quite and beautiful. Hope to come back one time!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful host, exactly as described. There are many good restaurants all around and a short walk to the center. Favorite features included the large and comfortable bed, quiet aircon in the master bedroom, extremely well-equipped kitchen, and provided drinking water. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here. Location is great and the apartment is very close to many cafes, restaurants, and markets. The windows seemed pretty thin because at night you can hear noises from cars and people on the street.

Anastasia's house was spectacular. So many beautiful details, and an AMAZING outside roof terrace. My favorite thing was sitting out there admiring all the plants and the view. The house is walking distance to all the restaurants/cafes/markets. The nice showers and air conditioning was a plus. It was just me and my boyfriend but this house is certainly big enough for a family or extra guests. Could not recommend this airbnb enough!

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good place, cozy and quite spacious

Gorgeous and spacious house with lots of space. We were 10 people, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful pool and hot tub, which the kids enjoy very much The host was very responsive and addressed all our questions immediately. We had a great experience and I recommended to others.

Beautiful home with great indoor/outdoor living. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great location for walking to shops, restaurants, and Oaxaca attractions. A bit loud at times. It was not the fault of the Airbnb, but one evening a nearby alarm sounded from 2am til 9am and it was horribly loud. Because of the open roof, sound seemed to travel right in. Cleaning services were great. Beware that there is a neighborhood cat who likes to stop by and there were lizards on the ceilings most evenings. Wonderful, friendly accommodating hosts. Really loved this beautiful home and the courtyard atrium.

The house was clean, very nice, fully equipped kitchen and the host's attention was very good and timely. Not so close to downtown, 20 minutes walking and 8 by car, for us this was not something negative since we enjoyed walking and felt the area was safe even at night. It was very useful that the house had parking for two vehicles, as well as each room will have its own bathroom, this gave privacy to all guests and greatly streamlined the exits of the house for walks. We struggled a little with the wifi connection, we reported it to the host and went to review it in person, however the connection did not improve. Despite having smart tv in each room and in the living room we could not connect to Netflix or another platform. Another point of improvement is to take care of the light that enters the rooms due to the skylights of the rooms, we who travel with a baby was something that did not favor his sleep

Wow. This house is incredible. It is a work of art in and of itself. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space, comfortable beds, coffee, mezcal and drinking water provided. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere in the city from the house. The house is very close to a lovely park that is busy and full of food and families. Rene was available for recommendations and questions as they popped up. It was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Nice quiet inner courtyard at walking distance from the center. The place was nice, beds and bathrooms comfortable and clean!

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

The apartment was very well designed, I loved the layout. There was no water to drink in the jug, we arrived at night and that was missing. The television never worked, I guess it doesn't work. Otherwise, everything was very good, the rooms, the kitchen, everything was excellent. I would definitely go back.

The listing review is accurate. The apartment has a beautiful view to Las Canteras and sunsets. Local transportation is only a few blocks. We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. Our family lives very close and it was very convenient.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. It is very well located since although it is not in the center, it is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Pamela is very friendly and always attentive to everything we needed. We had a couple of concerns and responded to us immediately. Having a parking space inside the building is very important and helpful. Oaxaca a very interesting and beautiful city.

A must stay when visiting Oaxaca! The place was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities you need. The terrace was also a nice touch and so relaxing whilst reading a book and enjoying a morning coffee. The location is fantastic, there are things to do and see in every direction you walk and in such close proximity. The hosts were very responsive with answering any questions I had as well as offering recommendations on what to do/ where to go etc I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great place, well connected through Buses and 3-wheelers. Be prepared for Sundays where buses dont run in this neighbourhood. Pretty close to a Pitico like 7- Eleven. Many vegetable shops close by. Rooms and amenities are very comfortable.
