I had a perfect stay! Very nice Apartment, everything fully equipped, walking distance to everything I needed. Very good communication, on every wish or question was a reaction immediately.

My stay was beautiful. The home is bright, clean, & spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. There’s no oven, but I cooked every meal I wanted. The bed is comfy, & the patio is perfect for breakfast. There’s a stunning hike nearby. Map to “Montecito,” take the left fork, and it loops back to the house. More trails are a short taxi ride away. Buses to the city are easy (10 pesos), & DiDi for taxi. Maria offers a ride if it aligns with her work schedule. She’s incredibly kind & genuinely cares about her guests. Filtered water is available upon request, which was super helpful. There’s also a sweet cleaning service from Carmelita. The local market near Mula Café has amazing fresh produce. The neighborhood is peaceful & friendly. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as dogs sometimes bark at night. This place feels like home thanks to the love and generosity of Maria and her family. I’m so grateful to have found it.

El depa está súper bonito, agradable, ordenado y limpio. Tiene todo lo que marca en amenidades, Elena fue amable y atenta en todo momento, sin duda volvería.

Nuestra estancia fue muy excelente. El apartamento estaba muy agradable, limpio y queda en una zona excelente para explorar el centro de Oaxaca. Skarlett fue una anfitriona amable y atenta durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

What a treat to stay at Karmen's! Great views, friendly neighbors, lots of amazing birds right outside your doorstep, in walking distance to the archeological site Monte Alban, small stores to get food, and the artist town of Arrazola where they make alebrijes. Also, the internet was reliable enough that I could work from home (using video calls)! The spot is about a half hour outside of the city by mototaxi, so the air is cleaner and it's more peaceful than you'll find elsewhere. Karmen has planted hundreds of native trees and plants on the land so there are lots of pollinators, gorgeous butterflies, flowers, and a couple of very sweet dogs. Karmen was a great host- proactive, responsive, and kind. She generously invited me to many incredible events locally and in the city. She is very well connected in the artist and healing communities. What a great deal! Hope to be back soon.

Great place for the price, very quiet and only a 20-30 min walk from the central plaza

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

La habitación está muy bien equipada, el aire acondicionado es un plus para el calor de Oaxaca. Tienes tiendas, supermercados y el centro a 15 min caminando. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. Además Karla siempre fue muy amable y respondió rápido nuestras dudas

Me sentí como en casa, es tal cual como en las fotos, ya estando allí, se siente un ambiente muy cálido y acogedor. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio buenas indicaciones para ir a comprar y dónde comer. El lugar estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio y organizado. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, en la noche está bien iluminado. En la calle de enfrente pasa el transporte público llamado Citybus en ambos sentidos y es súper económico el pasaje y te lleva al centro o también puedes tomar taxi. Me encantó, espero volver.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le logement est dans un endroit calme à l'abri de la route, il est très bien placé, nous avons tout fait à pied. Le petit plus, serait un peu plus d'équipement dans la cuisine ce qui permettrait de pouvoir se faire la cuisine plus facilement sinon le reste était très bien !

The loft is outstanding! Very beautiful, clean, comfortable and nearby the centre with a lot of restaurants. The bed is amazing: very big and comfortable. Maria Claudina is a great host with quick responses on messages/questions. The only thing what was not so comfortable for us (light sleeper/sensitive), was that the light is coming from the roof windows what wakes us up very early. Together with a very noisy bird who likes to scream (or sing, depending on your preferences. ;-)), our days began earlier than we would like. But all together: we would book the loft again if we visit Oaxaca ever again! Thank you Maria Claudina and Dennys!

I had a great stay at Daphne’s place. It’s perfect if your travelling solo - there is more than enough room! The location is also great - there are good coffee shops close-by and you’re only 5 minutes from Santo Domingo church. The Wi-Fi seas also great - I had a job interview while staying and didn’t have any issues with the connection. If I am ever back in Oaxaca I will be sure to stay at Daphne’s place again!

La ubicación es muy buena , hay un parque a dos cuadras, zona bonita de restaurantes a dos cuadras y zona turística cerca. El lugar esta bonito , limpio, tranquilo y bien equipado, la cama esta muy cómoda y tiene su minisplit funcionando bien.

Thank you so much for another amazing stay (this was our second time here). Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

Por la geografía de la ciudad, en está zona las casas no manejan cocheras, si eres de los que se preocupa mucho por dejar tu auto en la calle Piénsalo bien, si llegas sin auto , es lo mejor por que te quitas ese pendiente. de lo demás todo OK anfitrión e instalación.

Estuvo muy cómoda nuestra estancia, el guardia siempre muy atento y amable, vale la pena hacer espacio para poder disfrutar del departamento, el área es tranquila y la vista preciosa. Rosa, te provee con toda la información necesaria del lugar y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Como recomendación hay que anticipar los taxis para las salidas.

Un lugar muy recomendable, nos encantó todo, el jacuzzi está increíble, todo muy ordenado, limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaríamos.
