Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

Great place for weekend getaway with friends! Multiple spaces can be used for different activities, breakfast nook for eating, upstairs for board games, and outside for hanging out in the evening and using the hot tub. Super close to a beach as well as a few restaurants. Place was clean and had everything that we needed! Host was super responsive and proactive. Would come back!

We really enjoyed our time at Rezan's place! It allowed us to experience peaceful holidays in a stunning environment rich in nature. Rezan and her sister, Nazan, were really friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed support. Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a great time staying at this place. Family of four along with our fur baby everyone had a great time. The beds were comfy, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The place fit the description perfect, and Miriam was very responsive . we were even welcomed with treats upon arrival. It was great having all the beach necessities, chairs sand toys even the football to use at the beach. walking distance to beach and pick deli as well as the coffee shop was a huge plus. we enjoyed our stay at hope to be back soon!

It was a great location and a great house. Real homey feeling and the backyard was awesome! Would definitely stay again.

the property was amazing. lots of stairs of a windy single car drive through the neighborhood but everyone was very caisitous and amazing. the house is better than the photos and so cozy. the kitchen was the best kitchen I've ever cooked in.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described…actually it was better! The house was spacious, clean, cozy, and super close to the beach! We loved getting coffee in the morning and walking the beach, pizza by the slice for lunch and delicious restaurants close by for dinner. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the area. Thank you so much for being such an incredible host!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

Outstanding location and great condo. Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. Cheshire Realty was easy to deal with.

We live down in Santa Cruz and wanted to treat ourselves to a poolside weekend in the mountains (and this place did not disappoint!!). Would certainly stay again and appreciate how communicative the hosts were. As we get into summer we should have known better and brought our citronella candles because the mosquitos were out with a vengeance and forced us inside- so we recommend prepping for bugs if you want to stay poolside for sunset.

This is a great rental for families with children. The pool is perfect for toddlers.

Best house in the area a beautiful and very comfortable and quiet house, you can relax and sleep at any time of the day.

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

The hosts were welcoming and responsive. This cozy cottage was perfect for our stay. It was lovely to be surrounded by the garden and pets too. Hope to return on my next trip to the area.

The location was a little small, but perfect for two people. The kitchen was sufficient and although it seems a little out the way, it was easy to access the wider Santa Cruz area from there. The hosts were very responsive. We will likely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Fantastic stay doesn't cover it! Kim and Pam's bungalow instantly felt like home. This is a fully stocked house with anything you could possibly need - kitchen wares, beach accessories, extra linens, grilling tools! The warm days and cool nights made for comfortable sleeping. We loved using the outdoor shower, relaxing in the hammock and cooking out in the yard. The location, both in proximity to the beach/marina + being in between SFO and Monterey allowed for fun day excursions. Kim's communication regarding all details was exceptional.

Staying at this cabin nestled in the heart of a redwood grove in the Santa Cruz mountains was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just a place to stay — it was a carefully curated experience. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel at home and beyond comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible: high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked pantry with essentials (and then some!), soft, luxurious bedding, and even thoughtfully placed candles that added a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Every touch felt intentional and generous. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and flexible — they went out of their way to ensure every one of our needs was met with care and promptness. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality. Waking up surrounded by towering redwoods, with birdsong filtering through the trees, was unforgettable.

Khristina’s cottage was a spectacular discovery. I’ve been visiting Santa Cruz for years and always struggle to find great places near Steamers Lane. The cottage was immaculate, private, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was speedy and all the amenities worked as advertised. Highly recommend!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

Have visited North end of Santa Cruz many times and long ago lived near the harbor. Had not spent much time in South end of Santa Cruz which was a treat. Surfview house was the perfect place for a beach holiday allowing you to feel like a Santa Cruz local for a few days. Lot's of opportunities a short walk from the house. All the beach amenities you could ask for. Kitchen and 2nd floor living space has spectacular views and kitchen was well stocked with fancy new appliances and a pleasure to prepare meals. Hope to return for a future visit.
