Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Cruz County

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Loved our stay. The room ended up being a one bedroom suite which was amazing and so spacious. The view was amazing and the property was beautiful. I wish we dedicated a full day to stay on the resort to make the most out of the cost. Would stay here again!

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

Seascape Beach Resort was such a great place to stay. We went for a one night my husband, me and our two kids. I wish we would have stayed one more night. The beach was so fun (go cart ride down the hill made it very accessible). The resort views are beautiful!

We absolutely loved this home. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and everything was well stocked. My son refuses to share a bed with his sister, so we even used the hide-a-bed and the mattress was comfortable and likely new. There were games and beach toys in the closet too. There wasn’t much they hadn’t thought of. A side note, we were not familiar with the area and the beach was a bit more of a walk than I was expecting based on the description. It was fine for my family, but may not be suitable for everyone. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards in the room. Overall, this was a great home and we loved the location and the host. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful resort, amazing walk to the beach and lots of parking

What a lovely place to stay! I would definitely come back here. The space was well decorated and clean. It felt totally homey.

This is a great place to stay for some relaxation and recharging. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were beautiful! Pool and spa were perfect. The only issue we had is with the door. The key failed to work twice, but maintenance was very responsive and fixed the issue. Once the issue was a power outage and the second was the battery in the door lock.

Seascape staff far exceeded our expectations and we loved the whole experience. What a wonderful spot can’t wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay — the house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the basketball hoop in the yard!

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Madh was an extremely responsive and welcoming host. The place was super comfortable, clean and appropriately set up for the checkin. He went above and beyond to make sure that all the amenities and facilities were put into place properly before and during my stay. He was kind enough to guide me around the neighbourhood and provide great recommendations. I would definitely recommend him any day for future stay in San Jose.

College student commuting to Santa Cruz nearly everyday. 2 driveway parking spaces, street parking can get a little dicey sometimes but not much of an issue. I’d recommend making sure all your sheets are clean, found a huge stain on the bottom sheet that washed off in the washer. This room is the best room in the house, gets slightly warm due to it facing the sun, great amenities. Bathroom is modern and nice. No one really hangs out in the sun room or the family room so I recommend hanging out there if you have down time cause they’re nice and relaxing. Nolan is so friendly and responsive, phenomenal host. I can tell no one goes in the backyard because of the spider webs and spiders on the door, but I’d hang out there as well when the weather is nice. Sun room is a nice place to hangout while doing laundry and watch TV. Big large bed was nicee. Tons of storage space. Place could use a deep clean from time to time, also bring your own toilet paper! Ran out a few times. 5 stars!

We had 8 couples stay in this spacious, well kept home. It was located in a very nice area with stores and food close by. The home was clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year. The host were friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on this home, if you are in the area!
