Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

Highly recommend this beautiful place to rest and relax! The views are spectacular. The beds are cozy. The house and yard are spacious (and tons of storage in the bedrooms if you want to stay a while). Coop grocery is just down the hill, and we adored getting fresh bread/pastries in the mornings. Marco was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Washer and dryer are located next door-just ask him. He also had fantastic locally recommendations, provided verbally. The area is absolutely beautiful. Just be ready for tons of switchbacks (and avoiding bicyclists!) driving up the hill. And Lake Tenno! Wow, so very beautiful, and just a quick walk from the house! We had an incredible here with our kids. Stay here!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosella war sehr schön - die Villa liegt toll gelegen auf einer Anhöhe. Das Grundstück ist voll mit tollen Pflanzen und Blumen und das Haus ist schön geräumig wie erwartet. Man läuft etwa 3 km bis ins Stadtzentrum nach Riva, diese Möglichkeit haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Einen Einkaufsladen gibt es bereits in 600m Entfernung. Egal, ob man die Tage am Pool verbringen oder etwas unternehmen möchte, beides ist in der Villa Rosella möglich. Eine große Empfehlung ist der Lago Di Tenno - dort ist nicht zu viel los und man kann wunderbar darin schwimmen und ihn zu Fuß umrunden.

Krásný dům s bazénem, venkovním grilem na dřevěné uhlí, velká kuchyňská linka. Možnost využití garáže pro 4 osobní automobily. Moc krásný výhled na jezero. Do města 20 minut pěšky. Ve skutečnosti je to hezčí než na fotkách. Moc děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme.

Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich gut gefallen, hat den Bildern entsprochen und der kleine Hafen vorne am Wasser war fußläufig in rund 20 Minuten erreichbar. 😊 Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Dave war sehr schnell zu erreichen & konnte direkt weiterhelfen, klasse Kommunikation! Schade war, dass das Wohnzimmer mit dem Ausklapp-Bett nicht abgedunkelt werden konnte. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer hatten Rollläden.

Nous avons passés une semaine, début du mois de janvier, dans le chalet et c’était très confortable malgré les températures extérieures négatives. Les multiples points de chaleur (poêle à pellets, feu ouvert et radiateur) nous ont permis d’être parfaitement en confort et nous avions toujours du bois et du pellets en suffisance, mis à disposition. Notre hôte a été adorable et bienveillant. Le chalet était très propre ainsi que les draps et essuies disponibles ☺️ Le chalet est situé dans un endroit magnifique, très calme et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La région est très charmante, beaucoup de randos possible et de restaurants à tester. Je recommande aussi un passage à l’office du tourisme de Teglio, où nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés. Des vacances parfaites ! Rien à redire 😌 une grand grand merci !

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Our stay at Padaro was truly unforgettable. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodates 9 adults with ease. What made the experience even more special was Mr. Ruggero Zanoni — a kind, welcoming host who felt more like an old friend than someone we were meeting for the first time. We came as guests, and we left as very close friends.

Die Unterkunft war wundervoll und Stefano und Denise waren super Gastgeber Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt alles war sauber und ordentlich und der Garten ist einfach traumhaft. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt auf dem Grundstück einen kostenlosen Parkplatz

Un appartamento molto ben arredato e curato nel cuore della splendida Ponte, con un host molto attento. Il nostro secondo soggiorno qui non sarà l'ultimo.

Il posto perfetto per trovare relax e "staccare la spina". Lo consiglio particolarmente a chi vuole fuggire dalla città ed immergersi nella natura. La casa è semplice, carina e ben attrezzata. Stefano preciso e disponibile

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und funktional, man kann am Haus parken und auch Räder gut unterbringen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits mit 20 min Autofahrt zum See, aber mit Auto und E-Bike konnten wir alles gut und schnell erreichen (Strand, Wanderungen und E-Bike-Touren).

Villetta in zona tranquilla e con una vista splendida sulle montagne. Negozi di prima necessità vicini e comoda per camminate lungo il fiume. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e l'host è stato sempre super disponibile. Alla prossima!

A beautiful place, so comfortable. The grounds and the terrace are so nice with fruit trees, wi does that open for fresh air. Nadia is such a sweet host, willing to help and make suggestions. 5⭐️

The place is a little gem, highly recommended! Alessandra welcomed us and made our check in and check out very smooth. The house is located in the village center, very near to the direct free transport to the lifts for the pistes/trekking routes. Spacious, clean, recently fully renovated with a touch of Italian vintage, we absolutely loved it!

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 11+13 j.alt) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir habe uns rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. We really enjoyed our stay, the home is located in a typical Italian hillside village, very quite and enjoyable. Arrigo was very welcoming and the place was neat and clean. Overall perfect experience, we would highly recommend and won't hesitate to come back if we visit the area again !

Tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil. La maison était d’une propreté irréprochable, nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l’aise. Le petit jardin était idéal pour notre chien, qui en a bien profité, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le joli plateau de gourmandises à notre arrivée.
