Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Santa Catarina Island

Excellent place, warm and the price. I would return without hesitation. The only thing that could be improved is the window of the main room, which has no glass but a blind. But if you put glass in it, it would be better, since it would insulate the sound from the street, which is loud. But in general, I loved it. Regards, friend, and thank you for the tips. The place is very cozy and well located, with great restaurants in the mall and places to have breakfast. Improving points in the apartment would be the refrigerator that makes a noise and because it is a loft, it ends up bothering and the shower that we could not adapt or was too hot or cold.

Ingo was great, the place was great, perfect spot! We went with our three toddlers and it was amazing! I would go again!

Eduardo's apartment is sensational. Privileged location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarket. While it is close to everything, it is super silent, as it is facing the alameda. Bath, mattresses , bedding, everything of great quality. Eduardo was always kind and flexible. We had problems with our return and it allowed us to extend the checkout, without additional fees, very generous. We intend to return to staying in this apartment at the next time. Only compliments and thanks.

The Quinta is a very nice place to stay. It’s quiet and close to a few places where you can hike. Cristina and Felipe were excellent hosts. They responded quickly all our questions and gave us recommendations on things to do around the area. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Cristina and Felipe!

Cristiane's house in Jurerê is very comfortable by the structure and location. We found all utensils and linens in perfect condition and availability. The suite is large and with comfortable beds for a good rest. We made every meal and barbecue in the house, so we were able to use many of the available resources. It is worth it for a large family or a meeting with friendly families as was our case.

We liked the house very much, everything was extremely clean and organized and corresponded with the description and photos. We feel at home and very comfortable. The villa is pleasant a few yards from the beachfront, well-equipped and located in a quiet part.

The house is delicious, great for relaxing and resting, the surroundings are calm and quiet. Very close to the beach, you can walk. We love the fact that the house has a lot of natural light, nor do you need to light any light during the day. I highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and amazing sunrises. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and our evenings enjoying the sound of the waves. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Communication with the host was seamless. Thiago was responsive, and friendly. We felt truly cared for the entire time.

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

I indicate this place with eyes closed! Super cozy place, with an amazing view. It's more beautiful even in person. It has countless wonderful corners on the property with breathtaking landscapes! For those looking for calm and nature, it is the perfect place! And what to say about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. Villa is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible history and the property is a reflection of all his and his staff's work that is also super friendly. The saddest part for sure is having to leave kkkkkk but we're sure to be back soon <3

The apartment was spotless, everything you need is on hand. The owner was very nice and the location of the property is ideal. The condominium has a gym, pool and direct beach access which is quite quiet.

Hello! You've exceeded expectations! Perfect Terrace, close to everything, beautiful beach nearby. Not to mention the receptivity of Dona Graça, in which it made us feel very good in the lodging. All perfect!!! I'll be right back.

It was a family trip, all adults. We were positively surprised, as the apartment was wider and more illuminated than we saw in the pictures. Rooms with super comfortable beds and with air conditioning. Gustavo provided us with extra mattresses that comfortably accommodated our family. Highlight for the space with BBQ. The location is perfect, with parking space and public spaces in front of the building – very close to the beach, and about 1km supermarket Imperatriz and the Open Jurerê. Certainly, a space we recommend for families, both adults and children.

🌟 Amazing experience in Florianópolis! 🌟 Monica's apartment is EXCELLENT. It's super equipped, absolutely nothing is missing and is very comfortable. Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our doubts and was very flexible with our arrival. ✨ We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was perfect. We went to Jurerê because my husband participated in the Iroman and wanted a place close to the race, and Paula's apartment was perfect. In addition to the wonderful location, the apartment is beautiful, the decoration, cleanliness, super nice condominium and a wonderful view.
