Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Santa Catarina Island

Scheila is a very responsive and excellent hostess! The apartment is a simple, ground floor unit but was fine for our short stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and bars in Lagoa and only 5 mins from a supermarket. We made somewhat of a last minute reservation and Scheila was excellent making everything very easy!

Vera's service was excellent!! Impeccable!! Grateful for the service and trust. The apartment is impeccable, nice, well maintained, with all the amenities, impeccable from top to bottom. Recommended for the beautiful, comfortable and clean libgar and Vera's excellent service, magnificent!!

Excellent apartment and also very clean common areas. Comfortable garage still with SUV, complex exit by central transit but you can do without the car if desired, everything is very close. It really is a privileged location. Thank you for your hospitality, we would love to return.

We love the location of the apartment next to the beach. We could walk any time of the day, and it also has bakeries and markets close to the place. The apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, relieving the local heat, and 2 bathrooms, which served us very well. Small and comfortable room, with satisfactory cable TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen with good structure, meeting all the needs we need. Great barbecue, preventing excess smoke in the apartment. Attentive and solicitous host when we need it. We hope to return in a next opportunity!

The apartment is amazing! Located in front of the beach, which is wonderful. Everything was spotless and Delvina's kindness is on the other level. I would come back a thousand times.

The accommodation is just like the photos, it has two bathrooms with shower that was super useful because we were 5 people. Excellent location one block from the beach and 2 blocks from a small supermarket. If you had any questions, they always responded quickly. The building in neat condition and beautiful pool!

A completely pleasant experience, the Farm is a very nice and quiet place. The trail that gives access to Mozambique Beach is very good to do, a little long and can be a little tiring for some, but it is a unique and beautiful experience. The neighborhood is practically in the middle of the island's main attractions, it is good to go by car to Floripa because everything is far away there and by car it is more comfortable. The Hosts were super attentive. I recommend it.

Onete's house is excellent. Highly recommended for its location, convenience and comfort. Very quiet and very close to the beach. For those who already know it is 300 meters from the church. But the most important thing is Onete's attention. Whenever we needed something, he was quick to help us The house is highly recommended but if you are all your host. Recommended!!!!!!

Ideal place to go with the family, we were guided by how much feedback I had and everything went wonderfully. Maria Teresa is very kind, we were 10 super comfortable people and each flies with her privacy of bedroom and bathroom. The place is comfortable and easy to reach and quick access, close to the beach for those who have children and two blocks from downtown to go out at night walking. Highly recommended!!

The house is very beautiful, well ventilated and very close to the beach. The second floor rooms have a sea view. The house is simple but well equipped and functional, with a great balcony to enjoy the end of the afternoon and a very beautiful decor. The showers don't have much flow and could be better. The location is very quiet and great for resting, but far from markets and restaurants.

The stay at the house Pe na Areia do Sambaqui has been very comfortable and cozy, you can breathe peace and good energy next to the beauty of the place that comfort the rest sought. The house is very spacious, bright, comfortable, and has all the necessary utensils and more. Their hosts Beth and Jerónimo are very generous in everything they offer, they are friendly people willing to provide a solution to everything, to give advice on what places to attend and which are the best beaches, the best restaurants, the most attractive shopping places and rides, they are also very predisposed to a good chat. The puppies and the cat are friendly and affectionate, just like their owners. In our experience, it was a stay that we rated 10, to which we will undoubtedly return and which we will never forget. Our stay was wonderful! The house is impeccable, super well-equipped and with all the affection of Priscila. Everything is very well taken care of: the air conditioning of all the rooms, the impeccable cleaning, fresh and smelling bedding, elegant crockery and utensils of excellent quality. The location is excellent, close to the beach and away from traffic, with easy access to markets. A very clean place. Carmen is a very good host and the place is near a bus stop and plenty of places to walk to.

The apt was spotless, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It is super equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apto itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and felt right at home. As for the rooms, super comfortable beds, bathrooms with powerful showers... I would again choose this option to come for a family vacation. The super attentive and responsible host, we had a little mishap with an air conditioner that did not work well and in consultation I solve it immediately sending a technician to review. From 1 to 10, I rated it with 10 points. We'll be back !!!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

Super friendly, he welcomed us with cold beer and chocolates. The apartment was perfect, it had everything you need and more. The directions were correct and I didn't need to contact him again for anything. Check-out was very simple too. I forgot some belongings, which Luiz himself took care of getting to a friend who was still at the beach. Excellent cordiality and service. Highly recommended

Very cozy place, the apartment was extremely clean and smelling, in the apartment it had all the utensils necessary for stay the host welcomed us very well, gave us indications of restaurants and things to do on site. The region has great restaurants, great beaches, all close, very good and safe to walk by day or night. I like it very much and I will definitely stay more often.
