Our stay was simply delightful! The condominium is a true haven of peace, quiet and peaceful. Waking up to the lake view every day is priceless! The house is super spacious and comfortable, with four great en-suites. It is worth noting that the extra room is small, ideal for those traveling with a helper. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The outdoor area is simply fantastic, with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue... we spent most of our time there! I highly recommend it for those looking for rest and contact with nature.

Very well equipped site, very nice, friendly, attentive and always supporting! We were able to enjoy a great rest and also from the comfort of the house, we will surely come back more often to enjoy this tranquility and this wonderful nature that the house provides for the occupants.

The Flavio villa is very good, accommodates people super well, very spacious and with plenty of mattress, some are fine, but you can sleep. unfortunately the freezers were broken and then we had to keep buying ice bags, but it wasn't a big problem.

The home is beautiful, huge and very well-equipped! The print when you arrive is that the location is better than it shows the photos. The same can be said for the outdoor area, including swimming pool. The place is quite quiet, in a preserved area, but with other houses and around. Ideal for those who need a good space in the countryside to enjoy with family and friends, but close to the center of Guararema. In my case, I used the house to celebrate my birthday with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable moment, everyone praised it! There is a beautiful ballroom that opens up the range of possibilities - in my case, the hall provided the security I needed that if it rained, it would just transfer the fraternization to the hall, fortunately St. Peter helped and we were able to celebrate around the pool. The host, Divaldo, is very helpful and, in addition to all support, has given valuable tips! Anyway, I strongly recommend and I have no doubt that I will repeat the dose on my birthday next year!

We spent a very delicious weekend, a quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is very complete, we do not miss anything, the homemade Tiago extremely helpful and helped us a lot. Augusto also very kind, easy to communicate, surprised us with the delivery of a cake for the afternoon coffee, small gestures make a lot of difference.

Gabriel's farm was better than we imagined, clean, complete, organized and very cozy, it was moments of great rest and peace. We are sure to go back again and again.

The outdoor space is a highlight apart, with a perfect environment to relax, have a barbecue, enjoy the pool or even go fishing in the Lake, there is trout, carp, carp. The location is also excellent! It is in a very quiet area, with easy access. In addition, the host was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and give great tips about the region. The caretakers Joel and Andressa were very nice people, whenever we needed them they were available.

I went with my family at this carnival , Laura's space has a sensational view, although the pool is far from the house , going down a ramp , a suggestion was to have a stove downstairs , it would help a lot , but nothing I may have disturbed our wonderful stay, the hostess is sensational , resolves everything very quickly and is always attentive only gratitude For this wonderful weekend!I'll be back

The outer space is amazing. Industrial kitchen with several sinks, well-equipped, 2 well located grills. The houses with bathrooms that cater well to a large number of people. Just the smell of paint in one of the houses and one of the still dirty barbecues are small spots to watch out for. But I super recommend the stay.

Great place to spend as a family. Clean, airy area with a large useful area, generating a greater feeling of comfort. I liked the location to move to different points of the city. Very calm neighborhood. Strongly recommend for those who want to spend time in São José dos Campos for a great price.

Adriano's villa is super cozy and complete, all the kitchen utensils we needed there, comfortable mattresses, clean bed linen and many extra blankets, despite not having been so cold. Many birds and trees on the property and the Guararema region has great restaurants and tours, it was a very nice stay. The only point of attention is the arrival stage to the house that is a bit bumpy and as it rained a lot in the period, accumulated a lot of water and mud, as my car is tall I did not have so much trouble with the quagmires, but very low cars may not have the same luck. Outside this strongly indicate.

Apartment well located and compatible with photos. It is an old apartment, which would be possible some small adjustments, but it already has improved points. Host request and responded quickly when I needed it. The cleaning offered by the building itself leaves a little to be desired. It has a large indoor garage included.

I recommend a coffee on the balcony, watching the sunset! The only thing I missed in the apartment was a coffee maker, although I already have the utensils to prepare the coffee on a gas cooker, particularly I find it practical even for the apartment facilities, the use of coffee maker.. In addition, everything is ok and within what is described.

We very much like the space, super equipped, swimming pool with warm water, you can take pet, 8 rooms that accommodate the whole family or group of friends with privacy. Homeira very friendly and host too , they always responded very quickly! I'll be back for sure!

I stayed at the apartment to carry out activities at INPE, which is less than 15 minutes away. Everything is very convenient, with parking spaces in the closed garage, and also in front of the building. Close to one of the shopping malls, restaurants, ...
