What a beautiful property! The backyard was like a sanctuary. We were walking distance to a beautiful beach and the neighborhood was quiet.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was a girls’ trip. We loved the view. The house was very equip. with dishes etc. that was nice since we did breakfast every day. Everyone had a bed and slept well. Thanks for letting us stay at the property, this was a girls’ trip to remember. ❤️❤️

I don’t have enough great things to say. I like the house. I liked the location. I liked the morning fog and the afternoon sun. The patio views were awesome. Anne was amazing. Morning walks at the Douglas Preserve. Rent this property with confidence and have a great trip to Santa Barbara.

This is our favorite airbnb we've ever stayed at. The most well-kept, clean, and enjoyable place by far- definitely somewhere we'd like to spend much more time in. Town is close-by and everything is easily accessible. We loved everything about this place. Also lots of cool wildlife around

I cannot say enough great things about both the home and the information and responsiveness that Todd & Jodi provided during our stay. We were fortunate to find their place available at the last minute and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Home was beautiful and on a great piece of land, peaceful, quiet and convenient. We felt right at home, almost better than right at home, which was the whole purpose of our visit. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen and all the accessories of the home were top notch. All the recommendations and help in finding last minute winery visits and dinner reservations were incredibly helpful as well. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay amidst a beautiful area surrounded by an avocado farm and tangerine farm. The home was lovely with many areas to enjoy both inside and outside the home. The grounds were beautiful with fresh herbs and beautiful flowers & landscaping. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with all kinds of cooking and serving abilities. The host was very responsive to all our needs and lovely. We would highly recommend this beautiful location for a peaceful stay amidst nature.

We had a fantastic time at Tim's place! The location is close to town, but it feels private and secluded. We loved being surrounded by nature, especially with Tim's thoughtful landscaping. The outdoor shower and bathroom were fun additions that only added to our experience. Having a fenced-in space for our dog was incredible, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. We'll be staying here every time we come to Carp from here on out!

A cozy, clean place near downtown SB for a competitive price. Less than a 10 minute walk to State St. and The Funk Zone. Easy to find and park, in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

We loved this place for a girls weekend. Beds were comfy and lots of room to sit and visit.

We enjoyed the convenient location and had many walks to the beach and local restaurants. Spacious. Nice common areas to sit down and talk and relax.

We will definitely be returning! Waking up to sweet horses and chickens, surrounded by nature and feeling completely relaxed and at home. Nan was a delightful host who helped us with everything we needed and made our kids feel like they were her own.

Hummingbird Cottage is adorable. The bed was so comfortable and the sound of the fountain was soothing. The house is very small, so not suited to someone really tall. Our daughter stayed in the treehouse and loved it. The location was great for catching the boat to the Channel Islands.

Jeanne’s cottage was an excellent place for our little group of 3 and 2 dogs, a quick drive to SY and perfectly located for road biking. There is so much wonderful space to wander on the grounds and perfect lawn for dogs to romp around. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Jeanne and her husband were so nice and made us feel right at home. Without question one of the most dog friendly Airbnb I’ve ever stayed!

The condo was clean comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to walking trails shops and the beach. Amtrak is a few blocks away for easy trips to Santa Barbara. I would definitely recommend Melinda’s condo in Carpinteria for a great beach vacation.

Great location with respect to town. Unit was on the ground floor adjacent to parking lot and not exactly as pictured in listing, but spacious and clean. Would stay there again.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

We thoroughly enjoyed this sweet town of Carpenteria and Pam and Paul’s place was a wonderful place to enjoy it. The beds were very comfortable and was accurate in the pictures. We didn’t have a car and thoroughly enjoyed walking the town, beach area and salt marsh. Very quaint and picturesque setting. We loved seeing the Amtrak California Surfliner train and platform for people to board. On another visit we hope to explore more of the coast via the train as it snugs the coastline. There are multiple stops during the day and seems a fun way to do day trips elsewhere when having more time. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

So relaxing to stay here! Nice to be away from phone service and close enough to the hot tub. We were sharing the space with another couple in the glass house, with whom we had very minor and lovely interactions. easy to feel a sense of privacy even when sharing the land. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Very gorgeous place to stay! Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay, Lindsay was amazing host! The place it self is very very beautiful, exceptionally unique. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Santa Barbara with their loved once and have quality time. Loved it!

This place was an absolute dream. Myself and 5 other graduate students were a bit of a tight fit, but we knew that going in, and the quality of the space was well worth both the cost and the closeness. We enjoyed being able to spend good time in the common space, share meals together at a lovely table, and (best of all) walk super quickly right on to the beach and into a super cute town! Lisa was very responsive and clear with what we needed to know, too.
