A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Danielle's cottage is perfect for one or two people in beautiful surroundings. We had 5 great nights of sleep - very comfortable bed. We greatly appreciated having plenty of linens available especially washcloths ( having stayed several places without them). The cottage ranks as one of our favorite all-time rentals. Our children and grandchildren live in SB so we hope to rent it again in the future. Kathy and Richard

What a great property Cody and his family run. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in the tastefully decorated and updated property. I couldn’t believe how CLEAN the unit was when we walked in. Gives me something to strive for in my own house. Bed and couch comfy, kitchen stocked with coffee, teas, and water along with wonderful art in the unit. We LOVED the complimentary bikes, helmets, beach chairs and towels along with Cody’s recommendations for restaurants. Location so central to everything we wanted to do. The only bad part of our stay was that we had to go home! Thanks Cody and family! We hope to come back again soon!

One of the best and most relaxing vacations we've ever had - Ray and Sheri's place was home away from home. The unit was well stocked in every room - they thought of everything you need to feel at home. And if it wasn't there, they brought it to us! We brought a small dog and they had a little dog bed, bowls and toys waiting for her. With two grocery stores nearby, and the beautiful kitchen, we actually ate most of our meals in the unit. Sheri and Ray were responsive to our questions and requests, and provided helpful suggestions for relaxing things to do while in town. The ocean view from the unit was awesome - and the proximity of the unit to the ocean was only two blocks. The unit was perfect for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. We will be back again as SB is one of our favorite destinations. Thank you Sheri and Ray!
