Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Barbara Downtown

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect—super close to UCSB and the Amtrak station, which made it really convenient for our quick weekend trip. We were in town for our daughter’s senior cello recital, and this place worked out so well. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which suited our needs perfectly. It was free of clutter and comfortable, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Still, it was a cozy and functional space. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper, which was great. Just a heads-up: the lotion and toothpaste were empty, so it’s a good idea to bring your own for convenience and hygiene. The kitchen is fully equipped, although we only used the microwave and fridge during our stay. We appreciated that they provided drinking water, and parking space—such a nice touch. Be careful not to get a parking ticket on the street. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy studio with a kitchenette in a neighborhood close to freeway, UCSB and strip mall with grocery store, Starbucks, etc. The Gerrits asked what we needed for our coffee ahead of time and provided the decaf Keurig cups and oatmilk that we preferred. They also provided free bottled water and snacks too which was much appreciated! We stayed during a very warm weekend so we slept with the window open and fan on. Not sure if there is A/C in the unit though so check with the host if that’s a must have.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great location, close to the beach and right next to a boardwalk salt marsh! It was a tight fit in the master bedroom with 2 suitcases, but everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than described. I hadn't realized the whole apartment complex is owned by them and are all Airbnbs, but that meant we didn't feel awkward about using the outside couches! They have a great courtyard with couches, a cool fire pit area at the front, and keep the outside looking nice. I especially appreciated the fact that my son accidentally left his airbuds at the apartment after we checked out and Elena called me to let me know they had been found. She has now mailed them to us, which feels like really good customer service!! I would definitely recommend staying at the Tropical Shores apartment complex!

Great place to stay. Conveniently located in town. Made it easy for walking around and enjoy the town. Would definitely stay again and would recommend as a must stay place.

My Mom and I planned a wine weekend a few weeks out and were happy to find an airbnb that would be affordable, close to the wineries and restaurants we were looking at—and comfortable. My mom hasn’t stayed in many airbnbs and even though I often stay in others homes with them or on their properties, I didn’t want her to feel awkward or uncomfortable. This place was perfect and easy. Clean, spacious, private and comfortable. A lot of thoughtful touches and clarifying signs. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area. Hosts were available and communicative, but gave us lots of space.

We had everything we needed, plenty of space and were very comfortable during our stay. We were visiting our son at UCSB and the location couldn't have been better. The trails right outside the door were beautiful and a nice treat. We hope the place is available next time we visit!

Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Barbara! I had a fantastic experience at this condo in Santa Barbara. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The condo itself was charming, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

The place is very spacious, high ceilings throughout. The bedroom has comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of extra room. The shower is huge, does take a while to warm up so patience is required. The location is walking distance from all the main shops, restaurants and the beach. All in all, great stay in Carpinteria.

What a beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Solvang! You can tell Laura is so intentional with every detail and has worked to create a welcoming vibe for all. The place was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Staying in the tower felt so fun and the rooftop 360 balcony view was out of this world amazing. Can’t wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend!

Had a relaxing short stay. The bed was really comfortable, shower water pressure was great, and the room and outdoor patio provided a quiet zen ambiance. Appreciated use of the sauna & hot tub too. Hosts were really great, welcoming & responsive. Grateful to them 🙏

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. The location is walking distance from many hiking trails, and a short drive from downtown Santa Barbara. The bnb has all the essentials done well (A/C, clean bathroom, nice sleeping area, jacuzzi, easy check-in). In addition, Carla was very communicative and responded helpfully whenever we had questions.

Victor is an excellent host and quick to respond to questions. he reached out several times to see if there was anything we needed. he informed us of something that was brought to his attention amd asked if we wanted it fixed while we were staying and gave us options. would stay again. a short walk to the beach and social tap and dukes are really good food. quick drive to the harbor or downtown ventura and easy to uber around if necessary.

We had an incredible visit to Santa Barbara staying here! Everything looked just like the pictures and the back patio was gorgeous. We loved the quick walk up to the beach and had no problem with taking the time to walk into downtown. We really appreciated Maddi’s recommendations for food, drinks, and hikes. Very convenient place, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! We loved our stay!! The beds, even the pull out couch, was super comfy! The condo had everything we needed!!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as beautiful as the pictures and we loved being able to walk to the main drag with tons of restaurants and coffee shops in Montecito, as well as Butterfly beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and kept the windows/doors open in the afternoon for the fresh ocean breeze and enjoyed cooking dinner at the house one of the nights. The jacuzzi was lovely.

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.
