Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.

My Husband and I absolutely loved the house it was exactly what we wanted!! We took our puppy star and there was so many doggy supplies you can use and it’s completely gated which was perfect for her🐶 The Horses are beautiful and breathtaking! They come right up to the gate to greet you(: definitely worth it and we will definitely be back with our son 😇

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed with our adult kids and wanted a walkable location. This one was perfect! Quiet yet close. Really enjoyed meeting Jeanne and her dogs.... horses, chickens too. (FYI....They are off site and not at the property.) The home is very well provisioned and the beds luxurious and comfy. Open kitchen and lots of seating in the living areas. Thank you Jeanne, we look forward to seeing you again!

perfect location in Montecito! Very short walk to both the village and butterfly beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the backyard is so serene! The 101 is not at all too loud- it’s like gentle ambient noise- our newborn baby slept very comfortably and easily here! 😁 our family would absolutely return again! thanks Sara for sharing your beautiful space!

Our family had a great stay. The bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch, and the space had great design. We really enjoyed eating out at the local restaurants.

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

Jolie and the cabin were amazing! Great with communication and desired to make sure we had everything we needed, even willing to go above and beyond most other places. My boyfriend and I had a great time!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. I felt right at home. The pool is lovely. The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great stay for me and my pup. Location was perfect for visiting Carrizo, Pinos and surrounding areas. Joy was very responsive and had excellent recommendations.

Martha was a terrific host. The place is simply gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows in the living room that presents the most majestic view. Another previous guest made a comment about the glare affecting TV viewing in the living room, but we didn’t experience that. My family, with 2 little boys, loved playing in the individual spaces that brought so much character to the place. Wonderful place to just unplug. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Byanka was very clear with her communication. The house was exactly as described with plenty of space and everything you could need for the stay.

I am so delighted to have been able to stay at Ebru's cozy and welcoming place! It was serene, beautiful and peaceful... everything I was looking for! I enjoyed the sun filled deck from morning to night, reading in the hammock, walking around the grounds, the local waterfall hike, and yummy meals down in the village. I would be so happy to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Lisa’s beautiful and comfortable ranch cottage. The decor was so charming and everything was set up for ease, relaxation and functionality. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked and we had all we needed to cook a full meal (and we especially enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker). The beds were very comfortable and the shower had fantastic water pressure and nice bath products. I had forgotten to bring a shaver but fortunately Lisa’s “emergency supply kit” in the bathroom came to the rescue. The location was perfect for attending our family wedding and enjoying the charming nearby towns. And the pool was great! We would be delighted to stay again.

Staying at Dean and Janet’s place felt like staying at a parents home! It was a quant space and perfect for a little local getaway and we loved that they were inclusive of our pupster Benny. Thank you for being kind and friendly hosts! They really thought of every detail to make it a comfortable experience for guests.

Our family enjoyed staying at Aldo’s so much! It was our first time to Santa Barbara and we’ll definitely be back! Great place, so comfortable and all the cozy accents of home. Aldo was so sweet and gave us recommendations when our dog got sick. Incredible host, a must stay! Many thanks!

Great location! Comfortable, spotless, everything we needed and even some extras! Hosts were communicative. Completely private entrance and yard. Great experience. We had a lot of local events to attend and it works have been nice to have more time to relax in this sweet spot.

We loved Whitney's place. The location was fantastic with a trail up the hill directly behind with beautiful wildflowers and amazing views. Then in the other direction steps down the steep Summerland hill to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our dog was in heaven there. The cottage is definitely small so probably best for a single or couple though we did manage a weekend with 2 couples. The kitchen is very well appointed and I was able to cook many of the nights without having to run out for cabinet staples. Her recommendations for good grocery stores and restaurants were very helpful. Ian and Whitney could not be more friendly and love meeting their new young baby, dog and parrot. There are two great garden spots on opposite sides of the unit that are great for coffee early and drinks later. Read description of how you get in as it is a lot of steps to get down from the street wind through gravel path to the door. I would definitely rent Whitney's cottage again.

Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Wonderful stay, peaceful surroundings and great location to State St. and Keck Park.

We stayed there for my granddaughter's UCSB graduation and it was the perfect location. We all enjoyed playing games on the patio after the graduation. We had all the comforts of home.

This place is truly magical and unique experience. My wife and I went with our 5 year old and 2 year old and had a blast. We stayed at Fish Camp and had the entire 200 acre property to ourselves - other than the 200+ animals and the owner's son, Alex. The kids (and us) had an absolute blast - hanging with the animals, exploring on the gator, riding around in the power wheels gator, hiking, swimming in the pond, and generally exploring. Making our food was super easy in their excellently set up kitchen and dining area. The setting is beautiful! Highly recommend!
