Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santa Barbara County

Enjoyed staying at Bryce's place! It was perfect for what we needed! Great size bedroom for two and the bathroom was clean! Will definitely look to stay here again if coming to Santa Barbara. Thank you Bryce for being a great host!

Great place, centrally located for everything we wanted to do on the central coast. Place was clean and well stocked. Host was nice enough to leave games out for my son which was a hit for our family. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The house sits on a heel looking down the beach and habor. The view from the kitchen through the living room window and the garden is so spectacular that you must see it. (You can go down there by 15 minutes walk as well.) But the view is only second best to the great host and her family. You are at home when you are here. I stayed a month for my work, but I am sure to return with my wife for a vacation.

It was a comfy home perfect for a family or group of friends who are staying in the Pismo Beach area for a few days. Plenty of space to enjoy and a very large TV!

Third time staying here. Will hopefully make it a fourth time next year!

We rented this as a family of six for the week. Was just as described; the perfect location for a chill summer Vacay. The entrance to the beach is a quick two minute walk. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs and really anything you would need for the beach provided. The house was small but cozy and plenty of space for the six of us. The kitchen was amazing and everything you would need was provided. The kids loved the outdoor shower and mom really liked being able to have them clean off all the sand before they came inside. I think the best part was that there was always hot water with the water heater they have! That may seem like a little thing but when you have four kids and two of them are girls, it makes a big difference! Will definitely return.

If you want a nice, quiet space full of pretty things to return to after short walks and/or drives to Pismo attractions, it would be hard to do better than this. Hosts brimming w good recs for activities and eats, and they provide a well-appointed space with clear and simple rules. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Bath Street Inn! The location was perfect—just a short walk to State Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast (plus the cookies!) was absolutely delicious. Our room was exactly as described and felt so cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in town!

beautiful place to stay, I didn't want to leave. the house was beautiful and the room was easy to find. as you walk up to the house you're surrounded by an assortment of plants that really tie in to coastal california. the host has cookies coffee and water available to guest throughout the day. it's a 16 minute walk to the downtown area. the walk is beautiful and safe. The host will text you with time slots on when you want breakfast. do not pass up the breakfast.

The Hobbit Hole was such an unique and whimsical experience. You can tell Rod put in a tremendous amount of thoughts and work that went into building this experience. The check in process was super smooth, and Rod and Adria were both extremely helpful and friendly. We got local history as well as restaurant recommendations from them. The stay was comfortable and cozy, with Los Alamos feeling like a town stuck in the point in time. Right next to the property is the Union Hotel which looks straight out of an old western movie. 5/5 would recommend to any Lord of the Rings/Hobbit fans. I can't wait to come back for other experience on the property.

Recently stayed in the Egyptian suite at the Vick and wow is all I can say. The innkeepers were very welcoming and helpful during the stay. Breakfast was amazing with a private balcony. Would def recommend to others

Had a wonderful stay. Me and my boyfriend loved our room. The unique details and effort put into creating an experience and special atmosphere are worth the money. A kind lady named Denise met us and gave us a brief history of the mansion, gave us great local recommendations and explained everything in the room to us. The breakfast they served us was delicious. We can’t recommend this place enough and were excited to come back and try another room!

Food was amazing, stay was nice. Our room was the Garden room and on the bottom floor and right next to the common area so sometimes we could hear the main guests. However, the walls were decently sound proof and the noise didn’t bother us.

Rod was great, super helpful and detail oriented but not overbearing. We really enjoyed our stay in Los Alamos and will definitely come back.
