Tina et Roger sont adorables, le logement est parfait. Avec une boîte à clefs et une place de parking juste devant la terrasse. Extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout. Il est autant reposant que bien placé et proche (en voiture) de nombreux sites touristiques. L’accès à la piscine est un réel plus car elle est tranquille et la vue est imprenable. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Hemos pasado una semana genial en este apartamento. Muy tranquilo con vistas a la playa y todos los servicios necesarios para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. Javi un superanfrition que estuvo en todo momento pendiente y nos hizo recomendaciones. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Repetiremos seguro porque en pocos sitios he estado tan agusto.

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Hemos tenido un contratiempo con el horario del check-in pero al llegar al edificio el esposo de Lola ya nos esperaba y ha sido muy respectuoso, atencioso y nos explico las funcionalidades del piso con detalles. La estancia en el piso ha estado muy bien. El edificio tiene salida directa a la playa, lo que facilita mucho si vas con niños pequeños y buscas más tranquilidad. La piscina está muy bien y tiene un kiosko por si necesitas comer algo rápidamente.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nos ha gustado mucho la comodidad y accesibilidad, las vistas al mar y el acceso directo a la playa. El apartamento es muy cómodo, con una terraza bastante amplia. Ampliamos por una noche más, ya que estuvimos muy a gusto. El anfitrión ha estado muy pendiente durante la estancia, además, nos ofreció instrucciones muy claras para la llegada.

Elena und Felix sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und haben uns gleich zu Anfang hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gegeben. Die blitzsaubere Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die bequeme Matratze - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Terrassen, die mit schönen und bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet sind und eine herrliche Aussicht bieten. Das Vorhandensein eines PKWs ist aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung sehr nützlich. Alles in allem: ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil!!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Alvaro est un super hôte, très réactif 😁 Son appartement au 6ème étage est superbe et idéalement placé avec vue sur mer. Idéal pour deux, il a tout l'équipement nécessaire. La résidence dispose d'une piscine et de douche pour le retour de la plage. En juin, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour se garer dans la rue. En face il y a une supérette très pratique. Je réserverai de nouveau avec grand plaisir.

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Lage gut um ohne Auto ein paar entspannteTage zu verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht zum Strand, sondern Richtung Shoppingcenter (laut/hell bei geöffneten Fenster)

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold i leiligheten. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you, Vicente.

Hemos pasado unos dias geniales. El apartamento es muy cómodo y completo, tiene de todo lo necesario, menaje, aparatos, etc, además limpio y la decoración es ideal. La piscina del complejo es muy grande, con 2 toboganes, tanto mi hija como nosotros lo pasamos genial, el chiringuito es grande y varias mesas. Para ir a la playa hay que caminar unos 5 mtos pero es un paseo agradable. Sonia es muy amable, tuvimos buena comunicación y nos facilitó todo mucho, es muy buena anfitriona, nos tenia preparada una cesta con productos para desayunar. Sin duda repetiremos.
