We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

We felt very comfortable, location super central and almost on the beach. Very close to a small supermarket, perfect. Apartment was great, clean, beautiful. Kitchen had everything you need. Manuel and Ana are very helpful. Parking is chargeable, but right next to the apartment. But you have to be able to drive😁. Only, it was very noisy and the surroundings a bit loud. But we would come back right away.

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

We loved staying in the beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped house with a great pool and fireplace. The proximity to the beach and shopping is ideal. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after by Beatriz.

We stayed in this delightful apartment for one month. The apartment is situated within a short walking distance to a lovely beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, bright and is situated on the top floor. We had access to a secure garage parking space. A lift from the garage takes you to the floor which the apartment is located. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, with plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery, which were all in good condition. The balcony is very large with plenty of space to enjoy dining/relaxing. Rota is approx. 3.5 km away which we could walk. We bought a 10 Euro bus ticket (from driver on bus). This gave us discounted travel (approx. 0.50 Euro per trip). The bus stop is directly outside the apartment (No 2 Bus) and can be taken every 30 minutes. At Rota there are plenty of shops, bars to keep you entertained. Macerena was a superb host, very friendly. She met us at the start of the stay and explained everything we needed to know. The stay was excellent. The communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly from the moment. The apartment was impeccable: clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. What I would highlight most is the brightness of the place, a lot of natural light enters and it gives a very pleasant feeling! Without a doubt, I would recommend and repeat.

We had a few wonderful days by the sea and thanks to the pre-season it was very pleasant. The communication and reception with Nono was first class and the amenities of the accommodation offer more than you need! It should be noted that the house is very noisy if you want to sleep in, you should bring a few earplugs with you :)

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Wonderful, stylish, sparkling clean, modern apartment. Check-in was easy with the app. The apartment is perfectly located, on the Plaza de San Juan, in the middle of life. Nevertheless, the bedroom was surprisingly quiet. In the vicinity, we enjoyed all the amenities of the city and the long beach is within walking distance in 15 minutes via the promenade. The apartment's furnishings were great for two people and Violetta responded immediately to a request. Thank you Violetta for the great stay. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

We had a wonderful stay in Cadiz. Claudia was an excellent host, so welcoming, lots of personal touches on arrival and made such an effort to accommodate our 8 month old baby. She gave us loads of recommendations from food to trips we could avail of throughout our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the main streets and the beach. It is absolutely spotless. There is a lovely little balcony area to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommend Claudia’s place for anyone looking to experience a stay in the heart of Cadiz.
