The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Das idyllische Haus befindet sich im Ski- und Wandergebiet Flumserberg sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche sowie die Wohn- und Schlafbereiche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und Bettwäsche, (jedoch keine Frottee- oder Badetücher)wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Da es ein älteres Haus ist, sind die Raumhöhen im ganzen Haus relativ niedrig. Im Sommer kann der grosszügige Garten mit Terrasse und einem Cheminee genutzt werden. The 120 m² vacation home has been newly renovated and is technically up to date (mesh Wi-Fi, 100 mBit, 55-inch LG TV, Disney Plus,...). The unobstructed view of the Silvretta is breathtaking. The nearby shopping and the lift within walking distance make the location of the property unique. The property can accommodate up to 3 cars. The parking spaces are monitored by a security camera. The neighboring bungalow can accommodate 4 people.

The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
