Here, where fox and deer literally say good night, is our newly built holiday home with a feel-good factor. Each of the 3-4 bedrooms captivates with exceptional views. Our newly renovated holiday home is situated in a large idyllic tree garden in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and ski runs. In just a few minutes you can reach the Golm ski and hiking area and a hiking trail starting straight behind the house takes you into the fascinating mountain world of the Rätikon. Bright rooms, lots of space, cosy seating areas, comfortable beds and a successful mixture of old and new await you - the ideal place for your family holiday or vacation with friends.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).
