Holiday rentals with a kayak in Sanibel Island

We had a great stay in Amanda's house. There was everything you need. What we enjoyed most was the pool and the unique view from the terrace. We definitely recommend this accomodation to those who want to spend some relaxing days in Cape Coral!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

This place is perfect, our family absolutely loved everything about it. The host provides a guide for local recommendations, everything needed in the house, beach & pool gear, & checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. The AC unit unexpectedly stopped working but she knew it before we did. The issue was checked out & resolved immediately, we weren’t affected by it all. This was a perfect place for our relaxing getaway & we hope to return for future vacays.

We had such a wonderful stay! Luke was incredibly communicative and attentive from start to finish—he made everything seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and so comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the stunning pool and the breathtaking view—pictures don’t even do it justice! Our kids loved it and it felt like we were at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the outdoor area including the pool and hot tub. Kids spent a ton of time in the pool. Amenities are as described and hosts were responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again!!!

We had an amazing week at Mona’s Enchanted Cottage! Enchanted we were! Mona is so friendly and communicative, offering tons of great local recommendations. The cottage is cozy, clean, private, and had everything we needed. We loved kayaking—fed turtles, saw manatees swim by, birds, and even an owl! A few small gators kept their distance but not curious enough to bother. Fishing from the dock was fantastic—I caught 25+ fish across 5 different species. There’s definitely more than you can count though. The bait shop with the funny name further down the road had the best bait and tips. The hot tub spa is the super nice kind. We grilled dinner most nights and had no issues with the internet to stream shows when it rained. The town is small and cute. You can definitely find a place to listen to live music every night. Our dog adored the doggy beach, and Barefoot Beach was super close with easy parking at 10 AM. We didn’t want to leave, 10/10—already planning to come back!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. The home was amazing with a heated pool, 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk to vanderbilt beach. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms were great.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!
