Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sandwell District

We had a lovely stay at Fallon’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With beautiful artwork. Fallon was a fantastic host, always responsive, and helpful. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

Thank you for a lovely 3 nights stay! We had a girly family break (mums/daughters/cousins/aunts) and we all felt so relaxed and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was spotless. Including essentials (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea coffee sugar etc) was a lovely touch and very helpful. Dionne was lovely, very attentive and provided recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Thank you again :)

The house was spotless, the attention to detail and decor was really well thought out. Alexis was always on hand for any issues when we needed him. Brilliant house and great value for money.

Currently staying here and I am having a great time extended my stay for an extra night because of how nice the house is only down side was all the stains on the carpet in living room as this made all the guest anxious as we didn’t want to be blamed for something we didn’t do but other then this the experience was brilliant loved the pool/table tennis was a nice touch to the house and atmosphere and really brought out a good vibe the hot tub was beautiful but I did not like the fact that over time the temp would slowly decrease and water started going Luke warm but if you are a person who wants to use hot tub for 20/30 min then I’d defo recommend as when you first jump in the temp is perfect 🔥

Had a fantastic stay at the stables with my work family! Plenty of room for 7 of us. Used the hot tub. Had a stroll around the lake, would be lovely to visit in the summer. Went into Ashby for Sunday roast at a restaurant called 12 which was lovely would recommend. We’ll be back!

My family and I had a great stay at this property, we were surprised at how much better it looked compared to the photos! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, kept me well informed about everything from the moment I booked. Luke’s guide was amazing and informative, we even tried 2 of the food spots on his list and they were great so bonus points for that! All in all the whole experience was fantastic and I can recommend this property and its hosts to all! Thank you

The three of us had a lovely stay in this peaceful countryside pod for my mums birthday! The layout was really well thought out and made great use of the space. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was a real highlight. The family were very friendly and welcoming, and the whole stay was great value for money. Would definitely recommend for a cosy, relaxing getaway!

We've just returned from a girls weekend at Gopsall Farm and stayed in pod 2. It was everything we hoped it would be and the cows for neighbours was an added bonus. It was a very relaxing break, we made great use of the hot tub, had drinks in Farm pub, listening to live music and taking in the beautiful views from our decking. The bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch and went down very nicely. All the amenities you could need were supplied. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

amazing hosts. lovely private place, has everything you would want and more. very well looked after place. the hosts make lovely gestures for your stay. it is very quiet and private aswell. will be visiting in the future again

My partner and I stayed for the weekend for our anniversary and it was the perfect relaxing getaway, stunning views and a lovely little home away from home. Melanie was very informative about finding the location and we were so happy to find such a wonderful place to stay with our dog. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it if you’re looking for a relaxed, romantic getaway surrounded by nature. The hot tub and breakfast package was really helpful, and the hammock and bathroom facilities - were lovely touches. Wish we had stayed longer 🥰
