Thank you Richard and Sacha for a fantastic stay. We stayed in the Tudor Barn family room which was delightful, really spacious, clean and the amenities provided were an added bonus. Richard and Sacha were both so welcoming and friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Really responsive on the app and a pleasure to meet. Hopefully will return one day, thank you again!

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful countryside setting. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable with top quality linen. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The farmhouse is very old and filled with historical features, a real treat to stay in a proper traditional B&B, and an excellent cooked breakfast topped it all off. Would highly recommend!

Stayed one night whilst attending a championship Dog show at Stafford Showground. Sarah was very accommodating and helpful from initial enquiries to the actual stay. Would definitely recommend

Joseph and Maria are great hosts and theirs is a lovely home with an awesome kitchen. I had great chats with Maria about our shared interest in healthy eating. I would happily stay again.

What an amazing place, we stayed for one, but would have loved to have stayed longer. Jules place is immaculate. The cooked breakfast was delicious with the added fruit and cereal. Jules also gave us brownies And Victoria sponge cake which was Devine. Jules is such a lovely lady who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

What can I say I suspect not enough words to explain how Good Maggie and Andy are as hosts, the accommodation was excellent , arriving was easy and Maggie greeted us and showed us around the accommodation and how lovely it is , the breakfast was just so spot on plenty to eat and set us up for the day , we popped up for a family bbq and Maggie insisted they drop us off and us to ring to be picked up , I can see why Maggie is a super host , I would say a super super host . We will return . Loved our two day stay .

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Susan’s B and B. It was very special for our party of three sisters and two second cousins from the States who came to England to visit our family roots. Our great grandfather grew up in Ullingswick, emigrating in the late 1800’s to the American wild west. His brother lived in the house which is now the B and B. Pre-trip communication with Susan was so warm, and welcoming that I felt we would we would be treated like true houseguests ( and I imagine all her guests may feel that way.) A few days before our arrival Susan unfortunately ended up in the hospital due to an accident. She could have cancelled our reservation, but her son and his partner stepped in and did a fabulous job of hosting—attending to all our needs, providing tea in the garden, cooking full English breakfast, and even giving a couple of us a lift to the nearby pub (The Three Horseshoes which has fabulous food!) Our stay was the highlight of the entire trip.

Karen initially was very responsive to my questions online. When we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Karen. As to the accommodation, very clean, very tidy, beautifully maintained room and bathroom. A really comfortable living area. Outstanding breakfast. Both Karen and Keith were very accomadating and couldn't do enough. We will most definitely be returning on our own and with our extended families.

Lovely peaceful location with easy links to the NEC and Birmingham. The hosts are a lovely, welcoming couple who make you feel very much at home. Thanks for the stay.

Another year and another stay with Mick and Maxine - amazing hosts, so polite and generous with everything they do for guests. If you need to stay in Solihull and go to the NEC, this is the place to stay. I'll be back again next year, same time, without question!

What a beautiful gem and a really amazing host! Mo's home is a work of art, beautiful decor and bathroom, stunning garden, such a lively place to stay. The house is a dream but Mo's hospitality and kindness were the icing on the cake. Wish I lived round the corner as we never had that wine in your beautiful garden 😁 You won't be disappointed staying here.

We loved our stay with Pete and Lexie. They are such friendly and caring people and immediately made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast they supplied us with on both mornings was plentiful and delicious, and an extra that we were so grateful for before we set off to explore the Malvern Hills. The private bathroom was huge and had two sinks, a shower and bath with lovely new toiletries to use. It was freezing on the mornings of our stay and Pete came out and poured hot water over the windscreen and windows of the car; its little things like that that really set these hosts apart from others. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We really can’t fault our stay it was perfect from start to finish and we would love to return. Thanks!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The cottage and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful - perfect for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is extremely charming and the gardens and nearby lake make it even more so (also fantastic views from our room). The cottage has lots to offer, with lovely walks and nearby villages to explore in the area. Our stay was truly unforgettable - my partner and I can't wait to be back! Dennis and his wife were enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was lovely and had fresh flowers it was beautifully homely It was quiet and beautifully dark. The shower was powerful and enjoyable I would have had access to the kitchen if I wanted but felt too shy to do that do an ability to make a hot drink in the room would have been great I would stay with them again

I stayed there for one night for visa application, the house is clean and tidy with a lovely garden. Marion is a very nice and kind lady, we had a great evening chatting! Breakfast is cereal, toast with her homemade jam. Safe for girls solo trip!

Anna’s place is absolutely stunning, fabulous style and luxury in every detail. Her exceptional interior design skills are evident throughout the suite, which was perfect in every way. Anna was incredibly responsive and flexible, offering invaluable local information that made my stay easy. And the breakfast was delicious! I was touched by the warm hospitality from Anna, her husband, and their two wonderful little boys. Though our encounter was brief, it was truly memorable. Thank you, Anna, and your beautiful family!

We were in Stourport for a music festival, and Sarah’s place was perfectly located within easy easy walking distance of the venue. We loved staying here and everything was perfect, from the warm welcome we received to the generous hamper of food and drink and everything else. Fantastic Airbnb, don’t hesitate if you need to stay in this area👍😀💕
