Apartment holiday rentals in Sandwell District

Lovely and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, cool TV with fancy lights. It says there is Aircon available but there isn't. The host did provide a fan though. Overall a nice stay and would stay again 😊

We needed a place to sleeep and eat breakfast while attending a conference and this was perfect for us. As motorcyclists we needed to change before going to the conference on foot and Naomi let us check in early which made a big difference. The property is a converted garage and while tiny had all we needed. Safe off road parking for our bike. We would use it again. Sadly we never met Naomi as nothing went wrong.

The whole process was amazing and seamless.. Lizzie was a good host and the place was lovely :)

Comfortable and well equipped. Warm. Dedicated parking space at rear of premises. Although adjacent to a main road the sound insulation is excellent. Good shower. Thank you, Luc.

This is a lovely space, exactly as described. Clean and free of clutter, I felt immediately at home and safe in this place. Host was incredibly friendly and super helpful. I was not able to get the right heating settings and host came to the flat straight away to help me. I was struct by her friendly approach and genuine care she has shown. If you are looking to find a home away from home in Birmingham, this is the perfect place for you. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

I was traveling with my pet to UK and i decided to book Catalin's flat for one night. Everything was perfect. Very easy self check-in. Catalin was very friendly and gave me all the infos i needed. The acommodation is pet friend,very clean and comfortable. You find all you need also for long stays. For me was just transit,needed one night to sleep,but for sure i will book this flat again when i am near Birmingham. Thank you,Catalin for your kindness. Bests

Such a gorgeous little space. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside for the couple of mornings of our stay. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Everything about it suggested quality and care. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

It’s the perfect place for either short term or long term stays, and we wish we stayed longer! The accommodation itself is immaculate, homely and above and beyond what we expected. We hebben genoten van het verblijf in het appartement van Allen. Alles bij de hand, geweldige locatie. Zeer korte loopafstand van de kathedraal, waar we naar een festival gingen, en ook dichtbij het centrum met historische gebouwen, maar ook winkelcentra en restaurants. Allen was flexibel en snel in reageren toen wij iets later aankwamen omdat we verkeerd waren gereden. Het gratis parkeren vonden we echt een voordeel en ook de schoonmaak die bij de prijs in zit. Al met al een echte aanrader, zeker als je een onderkomen zoekt dat dichtbij het historische centrum ligt.

what a place to stay! absolutely amazing! instructions to access the property are clear and easy to follow, the property is very clean, the astomophere is perfect for what you will be using it for, we had a brilliant evening there, given the temperature on the day we stayed we was very thankful for the air-con unit in the kitchen, plus It would definitely be needed after the activities, it's exactly how it looks on the photos, you won't be disappointed staying here, the host is very friendly and accommodating. I can't fault this place at all, we would definitely book again.

Stayed 3 nights. Leisure centre staff were very helpful and friendly. The food there was very good and good value for money. Couple of things were broken but they were fixed very quickly.

Amazing place with beautiful jacuzzi

The host was great and the place was very clean. The location was close to everything the only thing I could say negative would be that the way into the apartment is long and if he wasn’t available to call I would of struggled however, he was very active and responsive.
