Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

The property was in a very good area and had all amenities. The host was very good and we always had someone to help us out with different things. The cleanliness was on point and there was sufficient storage area as well.

You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Goa. The property was exactly as described and matched all the amenities listed. It’s well located with easy access to nearby shops for essentials, and most popular attractions are just 20–25 minutes away by car—making it a very convenient base to explore North Goa. Things to consider: ❌ The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, and since the mobile network signal was also weak in the area, a reliable internet connection is something that needs immediate attention. ❌ Bedsheets had visible lipstick stains—cleanliness and linen inspection before guest arrival should be taken more seriously. That said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and overall experience. These minor issues didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our trip. Thank you for hosting us—we’re happy to give a 5-star rating and would consider staying again in the future.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure everything was smooth right from check-in to check-out. A special mention to the caretaker, Santosh – he was incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His presence definitely added to the comfort of our stay. A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

What a beautiful property! We were specifically looking for a Goan heritage home that was budget-friendly and nestled in nature and we were so lucky to find this villa. It perfectly captures the charm of old-world Goa, while offering all the modern amenities one could need. The villa is incredibly well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable. We especially loved spending peaceful afternoons and evenings in the lush garden, surrounded by swaying palm trees. A special thanks to the owner for being so responsive and helpful throughout, this stay was everything we hoped for and more.

Fernando 's place is a simple one room stand alone house. The entire house, bathroom and the kitchenette are all spotlessly clean. Really appreciate the 5 litre bottle of water kept in the kitchen, as well as the fully filled hand wash and body wash. We wanted a simple place close to Panjim, and this suited our needs. At half the price of most places around Panjim, it was value for money for me.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! There were 9 of us, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
