The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance.
