Apartment holiday rentals in San Teodoro

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Wij zijn drie nachten in het appartement van Sonia gebleven en dit was eigenlijk veel te kort! Een groot, schoon en compleet appartement op loopafstand van zee en overal is aan gedacht. Een complete keuken, twee grote balkons en zelfs speelgoed voor ons zoontje. Geen minpunten te bedenken!

Stefan s'est montré toujours réactif. Très belle vue mer depuis la terrasse. Ayant séjourné hors période estivale, je ne peux donner un avis sur la résidence de vacances

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Teilweise auch besser als in den Beurteilungen. Die Sicht auf das Meer war wunderbar. Die Anlage war gut gepflegt. In der Nähe waren schöne Strände wie der White Beach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für uns als Familie sehr praktisch mit 2 Zimmer (für unser Kind). Auch der Aussenbereich ist vorteilhaft mit Kindern, um draussen zu spielen. Einzig zu vermerken (nicht zu bemängeln), man beachte die vielen Mücken und sollte sich schon zuvor gut ausrüsten, wir wurden draussen regelrecht "attackiert". Von Vorteil waren aber die ganzen Mückennetze an den Fenstern, damit diese bei Nacht auch offen gelassen werden konnten.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

Een heerlijk verblijf wat huiselijk aan voelt. Alles is aanwezig om vakantie te kunnen vieren maar ook zelf maaltijden te bereiden. Van vorige gasten wat strandspullen, ook erg handig. Onze parasol achtergelaten :) Twee slaapkamers en op de tweede slaapkamer drie bedden was perfect voor ons. Het meest genoten van de buitenruimte, groot en gezellig!Een fijne tuin erbij die afgesloten kan worden tot het zwembad. Overal is over nagedacht en aanwezig. Op loopafstand van een leuke kleine supermarkt en met de auto 10 minuten naar het strand of het centrum van San Teodoro. Denk goed aan bescherming van muggen want die zijn er volop. Ook daar wordt aandacht aan besteed!Als laatste een heerlijk en goed bijgehouden zwembad wat voor onze dochters een paradijs was!Het is enigszins gehorig door de andere gasten van boven en naast maar niet storend. Hele fijne en lieve host met goede tips in de omgeving.

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par les parents de Laura. Suite a un problème de retard de départ décalé nous avons demandé a Laura de revenir. Presque aussitôt elle nous a refait un logement propre. Ce sont des hôtes merveilleux

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato da Carlo e Graziella per 4 notti. La posizione della casa è molto comoda per raggiungere bellissime spiagge, che gli host sono pronti a consigliarti. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. C’è stata fin da subito un’ottima comunicazione con gli host che hanno sempre risposto rapidamente ai nostri dubbi/domande. Abbiamo trovato gentilezza nel modo di porsi e di comunicare, Grazie! We hebben een week in de woning van Sara gezeten. De woning ligt op een perfecte locatie, strand en centrum is beloopbaar. Het was er super schoon en fris. Wij hadden vooraf handdoeken en linnengoed gevraagd en dat lag netjes klaar, de bedden waren zelfs opgemaakt toen we aankwamen. Het was erg fijn communiceren met Sara, het was zelfs mogelijk om eerder in te checken. Vanwege Pasen en het laagseizoen waren helaas veel activiteiten en restaurants gesloten. Sara heeft ons wat leuke tips gegeven wat we in de omgeving konden doen. Tip, zorg dat je een huurauto hebt zodat je ook nog andere plaatsen kan bezoeken. Er zijn super veel mooie stranden in de omgeving maar deze zijn alleen met een auto te bereiken.

Io e la mia amica Giorgia siamo state più che bene! Martina e tutta la sua famiglia ci hanno ospitato come fossimo anche noi parte di essa. La comunicazione con Martina fin da subito è sempre stata molto veloce e utile. Martina è molto gentile e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità lei sarà sempre presente. Ci siamo sentite accolte e se torneremo in zona sicuramente sceglieremo ancora la sua residenza. Un grande abbraccio a Martina e tutta la sua famiglia 🥰

We had a great stay at Rominas apartment. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is perfectly located 10 min walk to the town centre and 5 min walk to La Cinta beach. Safe car parking and a very peaceful neighbourhood made this a perfect place for our stay in San Teodoro. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to San Teodoro!

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Le quartier est calme et est situé à proximité de tout les commerces ( cafés, bar, supermarchés et pharmacie ). La plage est à 5min à pied ce qui est très agréable et pratique. A refaire sans hésitations Merci à la maman de Marco pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et disponibilité

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne dans cette résidence idéalement située a une quarantaine de kilomètres de l'aéroport d'Olbia Placée a proximité d'un supermarché et a quelques kilomètres de magnifiques plages, nous avons été accueilli tardivement le premier soir retenu par un retard d'avion. Malgré cela nos hôtes nous ont bien accueilli . Appartement très propre ,machine a laver, résidence calme avec possibilité de faire des barbecues. Le seul point a améliorer concernerait la piscine , non chauffée et aux températures un peu juste en ce début Mai. Excellent rapport qualité prix et accueil remarquable. A conseiller vivement
