Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Sebastián Xolalpa

We stayed in four different Airbnbs while in Mexico City and I think Rafael’s was my favorite. It felt most like home! From the moment we arrived, Rafael greeted us to show us around and then went out to provide us with a large jug of water, fresh fruit and juices, and a treat for the kids. He truly went above and beyond. The apartment is close to great restaurants and coffee shops. I loved that the building was secure and the amenities provided were great. Plenty of extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and fans which were very appreciated during the hot month of May. We also extended our stay two separate times and Rafael and Gabriel were super accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host! Would happily book again.

Very nice but it needed bath soap. The stairs are a bit complicated to climb, but everything else is good.

Everything was excellent, I'm sure I'll be back! I had to make a lightning trip for work and the experience was very easy and fast thanks to Hector. They confirmed my booking in no time. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Paseo de la Reforma. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. 100% recommended.

Very nice place, in a safe area, and with a nice view. Having guards outside the apartment was not something I expected but made me feel better as a solo traveler. The front desk people were really nice as well and respectful. I liked that not just anybody can go in and out. The apartment was nice and clean, I don’t have any complaints!

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. Everything is within walking distance and there is so much to do. Don’t be afraid to explore outside Condesa! Hit the local street vendors or grab an Uber to visit anything and every thing. Fernando who is usually manning the door entrance is a swell man! Like I mentioned I enjoyed my stay very much.

Comfortable and safe place!

A very nice place, in a central area for getting around. The entry process is quite tedious (due to condominium rules), but in general everything is very good.

Jorge’s place is excellent! Great location with wonderful restaurants around. Jorge was super helpful and gave us great recommendations and advice. The accommodation is super! It is private and safe, and feels super homely. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Pedro's place was great. Clean and in a great location. I go often to Mexico City and this place will always get booked by me when head there. Clean, Wifi speed great, and great choice of coffee. Thanks Pedro

The arrival was easy, everyone was always very friendly, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, I felt at home. Norma is always very kind and attentive. The area is safe and pleasant for walking, very good restaurants, fun bars around the corner. It has everything.

Fantastic location in a beautiful part of Condesa with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and features a private outdoor terrace. Didn’t use the kitchen, which was kind of cramped for even one person. Cozy is a good description overall. Note that there is no air conditioning, so the apartment was warm on the few hot days. But I would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Eduardo’s loft. The space is beautiful, and it was wonderful to recharge at the Airbnb in between our excursions. Eduardo was kind, communicative, and organized in his interactions with us. The loft had everything we needed, and the location was great. The two doormen were also incredibly kind and helpful during our stay!

The place was perfect for our weekend trip to CDMX. Conveniently located and walkable. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, and had all of the amenities one would need. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and the building staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

An incredible apartment, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. With everything you need for a luxurious stay. I highly recommend it. It is very well located, with a very safe building. The host's attention is the best. I would just like to ask the maintenance staff to check the elevator in Tower 3. We had a bad experience that was resolved, but it was not pleasant. We were trapped for 20 minutes. But in itself, the apartment is amazing, my new place to stay in Mexico City. 10/10

The place is comfortable and is in an area where you can walk to several restaurants, cafes, and shops. I liked that at night it was peaceful and there was no traffic noise. The place is as described.

MY STAY STARTED SUPER WELL IS THE FIRST TIME IN AN AIRBNB OUTSIDE MY COUNTRY AND MY FIRST TIME ALSO VISITING MEXICO. THE AREA IS GREAT MANY RESTAURANTS PLACES TO ACCESS BY WALKING (AREA OF MUCH TRAFFIC) MODERN BUILDING LIKE MANY FAULTS (INCLUDING JACUZZI AND SAUNA). THE APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. DO NOT LET ME KNOW IT WAS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED (I CUSTOMARILY THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL) BUT IT MADE GOOD WEATHER ALL THE TIME AND WE COULD OPEN THE WINDOWS (TRIP IN AUGUST). THE DUENNO WAS WELL ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY PREGUTAS AND ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY. THE BUILDING HAS ENOUGH SECURITY WHAT BECOMES OVERWHELMING BUT IT IS FOR OUR GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT I LEAVE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WAS THE LACK OF AMENITIES OR ATTENTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO HAVE + TOWELS, + SAVANNAS, + DRINKING WATER, COFFEE (AT LEAST FOR THE 1ST HOUR OF STAY ) SUGAR AND SALT HABIA BUT POORLY STORED.

Cristina is an excellent host--she was clear and open in her communication. She loves her apartment and that made us love it too. We had a great week in CDMX. The apartment is in an amazing location easily walkable to La Condesa, La Roma and Chapultepec Park. It's on a main street which makes street noise a bit of an issue when the windows are open. It's nice and cool when the windows are open, a little warm when they're closed. Great to have the pool on the roof, it could use some maintenance. The building staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Jorge was super communicative and friendly. Place was exactly as advertised, would stay here again for sure !
