Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

I can't help but say that we were allowed to have the perfect vacation at the property. The grounds are fantastically beautiful, as is the view from the balcony every morning. The hospitality of the hostess and the contact person for German guests have allowed us to switch off completely & to have nothing to worry about. From help with the rental car to surprise aperitivi, everything was there. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful area and look forward to coming back now!

Our stay at Casa Colonica was like a dream! Nestled at the foot of Gerace, the views of the Ionian coast were simply magical. The house and pool were immaculately maintained and spotless. It's possibly the most remarkable place to stay in Calabria with children — peaceful, spacious and giving you an elequent country feeling but very close by car to both Locri and Gerace for anything you need. Mariagrazia and Vincenzo were warm, welcoming hosts. We would absolutely love to return!

A perfect little villa in a truly enchanting setting! The house is located within a beautiful residence, with attention to the smallest details, quiet and very safe. The accommodation is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need, parking in front of the house for a comfortable stay. Well-maintained green areas and common services. The villa is equipped with all the garden equipment, deckchairs, chairs, and tables where you can also comfortably eat or have a good coffee, surrounded by greenery. Convenient location to reach the sea and the main attractions of the area. Owners (David and Katrin) are kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

My days in Vibo Valentia will forever be kept in my heart. A unique place with a beautiful and quiet environment at the same time, in any case, you have all the necessary amenities nearby and within walking distance. Leaving aside the emotional factor that this city has for me, I can safely say that this accommodation was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Spacious, well located, good location, well equipped, good bathroom, but above all, I have never seen such a level of attention. They provided us with bottles of water, some sweets and small details that show at first glance how valuable the place is and also, the high quality of the people who live there. Thank you very much for everything.

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

Perfect and very dedicated support from the hostess: Always available, friendly and warm, it doesn't get any better. The apartment is clean and bright, with a dream view of the coast and the sea, just great. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can expect in a vacation apartment and what is necessary for the preparation of usual delicacies such as risotto, spaghetti with salads, etc. There is no oven, but good cookware with a 2-burner induction hob - completely sufficient. There are restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby, and you could also walk to the beach. There are several beaches nearby, all of which are ideal for swimming.
