Nice property in an awesome location. Very close to CalTrain station and California Avenue which has a numerous restaurants, a grocery (Mollie Stones), etc. Property is in a secure building with underground parking. Susan, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

I love the apartment! Local kitchen across the street was super yummy!! The pool is super luxurious with hot tub and fire pit that you can push a button and it starts. The roof was nice as well with a second grill area. This place is very close to Stanford University. I think figuring out which building the apt. was in was a bit confusing but it’s the main one with the leasing office below and where to park was a bit confusing as the key in the flat for the second parking spot is a lever to the parking space next to us above a car that was always parked but you can park anywhere outside the garage so we utilized that as a parking spot for our second car. The latch app is neat, just don’t let your phone die or you will be locked out. We did extend our stay and the latch app was only programmed for our original dates so we got locked out for a few minutes but Luxury suites was quick to respond and extend the latch app access. Overall 5 STARS!! LOVED IT!!!

Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

We had a great time here. Agree with a lot of the other reviews. Super easy check in with door codes. Parking is $20 each 24 hours, I think first 2 hours are free. Easy electric charging with PowerFlex including what looked like fast chargers. The train blows its horn a little bit when coming by the apartment, but with our earplugs in at night we slept great. The Airbnb provides a pair of earplugs for free. The studio bedroom has sliding doors that were basically like blackout curtains. We had trouble locking the back balcony door but reached someone by phone within minutes and they walked us through how to lock it. Keurig with coffee pods provided. Tons of restaurants and a Walgreens within walking distance. Stanford short drive away. Amenities are great, accessible with a key card. Highly recommend this place. Better option than local hotels for the same price. One of the most beautiful luxury apartment buildings I’ve seen.

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

We spent 3 nights during the Memorial Day weekend The location was superb ; stones throw from all the restaurants at University Avenue , yet the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful Beautifully done up home with a lovely backyard

Great place to stay with family and friends. Large TV in the den with surround speakers was awesome.

This place was amazing, recently moving from another stay we had to rent for 2 weeks while we waited for our things. This place had everything we could have needed. If you have dogs Ela’s place will be perfect for you, the backyard is fenced and my dogs loved it. The location is also great as there are a lot of stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

I was surprised to see that the house looked bigger on the inside than in the pictures. A beautiful home that has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book it again.

Had a wonderful celebratory stay at this magnificent home with it’s breathtaking views, wonderful hot tub, specious and comfortable design and well equipped kitchen - it all made our stay perfect and memorable. Thank you.

Clean and quiet space. Qing was very accommodating when our flight home got cancelled with the CrowdStrike outage shortly before checkout and let us stay a bit longer to figure out rebooking.

Have stayed here on many occasions and will continue to do so.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was just as good as the first time or better. We would recommend this to any larger family. Every bedroom has a bathroom for the most part which makes it very, very accommodating. Jack the owner was very responsive and worked with us on trying to get us an early check-in which he did but always very responsive and a great host.

We felt very comfortable. As described, great amenities. All in very good condition. Great was the shared pool & jacuzzi. Everything is easily accessible by car.

Stayed there with family of 4. Apt was nicely furnished , family friendly + complementary crib was provided. All very high quality and very clean. Only small negative was the location but we spent most our time at the apt or somewhere else. Didn’t bother us. Quick access to the rest of Bay Area
