Holiday rentals with a patio in San Mateo County

Excellent accommodations! We loved the location and the layout. It was sweet to have a view of the ocean while we were in the apartment. It was clean, well stocked and the host was quick to reply to questions. The central location was perfect for visiting the area.

Lawrence is an amazing host! The place was as described, so no complaints in either categories during my stay! We had a great stay at this Petko’s Airbnb in Half Moon Bay. The location is super convenient, with a view of the ocean and easy access to local spots. The home itself is spotless and well maintained — the bathroom and kitchen are especially gorgeous, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable with fresh linens. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was also very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Great stay.. kids loved the game room!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Donna’s place! The unit was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Towels were thick and fluffy. It’s only a short walk to a couple of supermarkets and Burlingame Avenue, which is full of restaurants and shops. At night, it was quiet. The unit is up on the second floor, so you’ll have to be able to carry your own luggage up the stairs, but this was not an issue for me. Overall, this a is an impeccably maintained vintage unit, and it was a treat to stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at George’s place! The place was super clean when I got there, which helped me feel right at ease there. George was also very quick to respond over messages, and communicated well and respectfully. The bathroom comes with a really nice toilet seat with a warmer and bidet, which was a surprising but welcome part of the stay!!! One super small thing to note, in case it is important for someone to consider, the sink is on the smaller end, so washing face could be a bit of a hassle if water splashes out the sink, but not a deal breaker for me. Overall, excellent stay and service, and will recommend this place to others :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Karin was helpful and friendly. The location was close to trails and the ocean. The deck was like an extra outside room. We spent a lot of time out there without dog and often ate lunch outside. It was the perfect location for visiting family and we hope to visit again. Karin gave treats to our dog and brought a lent us an outside game for our grandkids to play. I even met lots of nice neighbors and our family loved visiting! The place was cute and clean, with great laundry available and a kitchen that worked perfectly for us. Best rental ever! Marcie

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. A hidden gem with warmth and character, close to everything and very private at the same time. The patio and gardens under the giant redwood is filled with fig trees, tropical ferns, orchids and banana trees. Beautiful tile and stone work decorates the paths , columns and interior spaces of this charming California Bungalow. The stuccoed interior has tall ceilings and massive beams. Big barbecue and well stocked and organized kitchen

Pretty closed to the campus, quiet nice place to stay

Absolutely perfect stay! Garrett was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by sharing some amazing local restaurant recommendations. The house had everything I needed and truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops, local organic grocery and of course the ocean! The home is clean and new, with plenty of windows for good natural light. The garden in the backyard and small lawn in the front offer beautiful outdoor space. I stayed for a few days at the end of May when the lemon tree was still in full bloom-- sweet fragrance and fresh lemons! Gi'Angelo and Sharon were perfect remote hosts-- friendly, helpful and always responsive. Would absolutely recommend this space.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host, Liping, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space had a warm, home-away-from-home vibe that my whole family loved. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and some great local cafés and coffee shops. The neighborhood was peaceful and the locals were friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We had a very good time at Mel's place. The place was as per the listing. It's very close to the beach trails and also close to SF and SFO. Mel was very helpful, always replying back in minutes and answering our queries. Recommend her place for anyone looking to spend a nice peaceful weekend.

It was great staying here! Joyce was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. I stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids and this was the perfect amount of space. Very clean space, we all enjoyed staying here and would book again.

Perfect place in Pacifica! The location, just a block from the beach, was perfect. Also, the game room kept both the kids and adults entertained! A soak in the hot tub was such a treat after a day at the beach. Anna and Alex were excellent at communicating, and their check-in letter made it easy to find the property and entrance with the photos they provided. Plenty of parking on the street too. Beds were very cozy.

Great place in Redwood City, its close to a main street and easy to get around while there. The apartment is clean and well furnished, perfect for a family visit to the area!

As a solo female traveler in town for business, this place was great. Short distance to the office but had everything you needed for working remote. Loved the kitchen set up and had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! My rav4 fit well in the garage. The walking path outside was great for either starting your day or winding down.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Tucked in a quiet, green neighborhood just minutes from downtown Palo Alto, the location was perfect. Peaceful & residential, yet incredibly convenient. Having an organic grocery store within walking distance was a big plus. The home itself is beautifully done, spotless, thoughtfully designed, & filled with everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was cozy, and the entire space had a calm, welcoming vibe that instantly put me at ease. But what truly elevated the experience was Johana. She is one of the kindest and most considerate hosts I’ve ever met, warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Whether it was a quick question or a small request, she was always just a message away and incredibly thoughtful in her responses. You can tell she really cares. I would stay here again in a heartbeat & I am looking forward to it.

Great location with access to Main St. would stay again next time I’m in town.
