I really enjoyed my two-week stay at Will's place! The apartment was clean and cozy, and the building appeared modern and new. I noticed a few reviews mentioning minor issues, but honestly, I had a great experience. The location is good – you can easily walk to a bakery, supermarket, and restaurants. Will was a great host, always available, friendly, and helpful with any questions. I recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the city – it's a great choice!

Very professional, courteous and excellent communication. The location and the accommodation excellent. The hosts also allowed us to check in very late and send us lots of good information around the areas.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

A real tropical oasis in the middle of the woods and mountains. The place is between the small towns of santa cruz mountains and the coastal city of santa cruz. Anything you need is at the corner of the house, just driving for few minutes snd you have great restaurants, vista points, parks, gas and stores, etc. Just amazing, you will have a fun time staying at this tropical oasis house.

Alex and Nuby are wonderful hosts. The house is comfortable with an ideal location for great hiking and local attractions. Our kids loved the pool and the open floor plan.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for stressed out students about to take their boards exam down the street. Only a 6 minute drive to the Pearson testing center. 4 of us stayed so we wouldn’t have to drive 90 minutes in the morning for our exam. We were able to study the night before and even watched some YouTube lecture videos. If a small group of you are testing the same day and live further south, I definitely recommend! The parking is tight, but she allowed us to check in a hour early so a couple of us could grab street parking before it would become full. The other two cars were able to park in the driveway with plenty of room. ALL 4 of us passed our 4 hour long exam and are officially Radiologic Technologists! Thanks again Vilma! You helped make our stressful situation a little less stressful!

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

My team had a wonderful time at Stefan's place! The ocean views are magical and the house is very spacious. Incredible spot about an hour away from SF and Palo Alto. Stefan was very communicative and friendly. Check-in and check-out were simple. Very clear house rules. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back.

We had a two day stay here with our two year old to explore HMB in depth, and it was perfect for every aspect. We loved being equidistant to the beach and downtown, the neighborhood was friendly and good for walking, and the house itself was thoughtfully arranged and appointed. We especially appreciated the toys, pack and play, and wide variety of beach items available for use. The beds were comfy and the layout of the house meant we all slept peacefully. Mary-Anne was the perfect host and really went the extra mile. When we come back for a longer trip, hers is the first place we'll check, so book it before we do!

Husband and I stayed for a little less than a week and enjoyed our time! We had one compact SUV and parking was very comfortable for us. We appreciated the free snacks and water provided and slept well on the bed Saik’s instructions were easy and we would recommend this place to anyone

The Airbnb was a very nice spacious place for two people. It was conveniently only a 30 (at most) minute drive from downtown SF so we got to enjoy the experience without being in the center of it all. The Airbnb was clean, and the instructions to go in and out were easy. Street parking was not a hassle 4/5 times and the views we got were truly breathtaking. I did not have to reach out to the host about anything as everything was, once again, accommodated perfectly. You could hear occasional walking upstairs but it wasn’t often especially after quiet hours along with planes flying over the house every morning and again which did not bother my spouse or I at all. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and we would most definitely stay here again!

Beautifully remodeled home. The kids loved the back yard and the neighbourhood was quiet yet safe. We loved that the kitchen had a proper gas stove and all the necessary amenities to cook a meal for a family.

This place was awesome, we did know the area and it was perfect regarding location to friends and events we needed to be at. Yes we did research to find such a place, and this was it...given the location and area the fee was extremely favorable given the location of the home.

A hidden gem with warmth and character, close to everything and very private at the same time. The patio and gardens under the giant redwood is filled with fig trees, tropical ferns, orchids and banana trees. Beautiful tile and stone work decorates the paths , columns and interior spaces of this charming California Bungalow. The stuccoed interior has tall ceilings and massive beams. Big barbecue and well stocked and organized kitchen

Miranda was a great host! The house was super nice, check in was simple, and she also contacted us ASAP to notify us about something we had left behind. Overall great stay and host :)

My husband, sister, and I had a wonderful 5-day stay while in California for our daughter’s graduation. Our hosts, Sophie and Jennifer, were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was spotless and well set up, with a beautiful sunlit kitchen nook, a sizable well-equipped kitchen, and a desk for work. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops, local organic grocery and of course the ocean! The home is clean and new, with plenty of windows for good natural light. The garden in the backyard and small lawn in the front offer beautiful outdoor space. I stayed for a few days at the end of May when the lemon tree was still in full bloom-- sweet fragrance and fresh lemons! Gi'Angelo and Sharon were perfect remote hosts-- friendly, helpful and always responsive. Would absolutely recommend this space.

It was great staying here! Joyce was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. I stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids and this was the perfect amount of space. Very clean space, we all enjoyed staying here and would book again.

This place is a real gem. Hard to find anything this special in this region. Very well thought out accommodations with clear easy instructions. The surrounding area is magical. What a treat!
