It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Paola and Silva are amazing hosts! We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. They were incredibly attentive and friendly. On our first evening, Paola prepared a delicious dinner using local products, we only wish we could have tried more! Silva also brought us fresh lemons from their garden. The apartment is cozy and looks even better than in the pictures. You can enjoy beautiful lake views from every room, and of course from the huge terrace. There's private parking available in the yard, and the area is generally quiet, with only an occasional car passing by. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk down to the town. Also, a very smart and beautiful red cat lives on the premises. We can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again. Thank you very much, Paola and Silva! Very nice stay with a beautiful view. The host was helpful and welcoming. I especially recommend the apartment with the garden – it’s a lovely place to relax.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Niky was a wonderful host, always responsive and her place was fantastic. As described, peaceful, private, there others staying in her other apartment but we didn't notice them once, only their car. The views are amazing, even on a rainy day sitting on the covered terrace watching the lake and clouds come and go. The location is as described, you need a car but it's an easy enough drive anywhere you want to go, we had a big Jeep Compass and the winding roads were fine. Also travelling with a baby, the apartment is perfect, Niky provided all we needed and the terrace is a lovely place to eat some dinner once she was down. Highly recommend for something away from the crowds of the central towns on the lake.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

I recently stayed at Donatella's place with a group of eight and it was truly great. The included breakfast was a delightful surprise, and she provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Donatella was super responsive to messages, which made our experience even smoother. The location is perfect for climbers or anyone who loves nature. I will definitely be returning and can confidently recommend her place to others looking for a wonderful stay in the great outdoors.

Great stay & location !

My husband and I stayed at Federica’s place, and it was perfect. The views were absolutely stunning from every window, the location couldn’t have been better, and the home itself was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lake Como.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

We had an amazing stay. It could not have been a better location. Jenny and Nico were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Very nice and comfortable apartment, walking distance to shops and the lake, we enjoyed our stay!

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Thanks again!

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
