Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Lorenzo al Mare

Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Nice was the highlight of our 2 week trip to London/Paris/Nice! Francoise's apartment was a complete dream from start to finish. The terrace is an exquisite space, truly amazing. The apartment is elegant and modern but very warm and livable. The location was excellent, close to grocery stores, restaurants and the tram and bus stops.

We really fell in love with this place. The views are amazing and it is so quiet and beautiful. It was super clean, modern and spacious. The outdoor area was comfortable and large (and amazing). Beds were comfy. We walked down to great restaurants and took Bolt up the hill and also to Eze to tour amazing gardens gardens there. And to Nice which we loved. Bolt was cheap and they picked us up in a reasonable amount of time from our app which made it easy. We took the train to and from Monaco for an amazing day there. Love VilleFranche-sur-Mer and this special apartment!

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the large patio doors and balconies overlooking the ocean and the Promenade were spectacular. The unit itself was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was central with great walkability. It was truly fantastic. The host was very communicative. We would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Casa confortevole e in ottima posizione: non solo vista mare ma proprio sulla spiaggia (con giochini per bambini fatti bene) e nel centro del paese. Molto comoda con i bambini. Come tutte le cose per ogni vantaggio c’è anche qualche contro: il fatto di essere così centrale e comoda per il giorno la fa essere un po rumorosa la sera finì alle 2 di notte ma i bambini erano così entusiasti dalla giornata che non se ne sono neanche accorti (era comunque segnalato). I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per ogni informazione e/o necessità. Ci hanno anche permesso di ritardare il check out per permetterci di pranzare comodamente a casa e sciacquarci prima di ripartire. Esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Ein Traum einer Unterkunft, die noch schöner in Realität ist als auf den Bilder, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche lädt ein zum Kochen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beim Pool gibt es ausreichend Schatten, sodass es im Sommer nicht zu heiß ist und man gerne draußen verweilt. Jeder Bereich des Hauses ist ein Genuss, wir wollten gar nicht abreisen! Die Lage war für uns hervorragend, die Flughafen Nizza ist je nach Verkehr in 45 bis 60 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

Une vraie maison de vacances, chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, comme on n’en voit plus beaucoup sur AirBnb! La décoration est vraiment soignée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et la vue de la chambre est magnifique. Nous avons visité la région en 3j sans voiture, le logement est accessible par le bus de Vintimile. Merci Maria, nous recommandons avec plaisir !

Umberto hat uns freundlich empfangen und war für Fragen jederzeit offen und erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf Imperia und den Hafen. Auch die Größe des Grundstücks ist mehr als ausreichend, vor allem für Hunde zu empfehlen. Alles in allem hat es und super gefallen. Der wirklich einzige Minuspunkt sind die Betten, die unserer Meinung nach leider nicht für jemand mit empfindlichem Rücken geeignet sind. Ansonste klare Weiterempfehlung :)

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Excellent séjour chez Stéphane. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement situé pour visiter Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc.. Gros + pour le parking sous-terrain. Très bon contact avec Stéphane.

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!
