Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Teresa and her family are excellent hosts! Her husband showed us the appartment and handed over the keys. Her son came over when a Blackout in Imperia had reset the wifi router, and he fixed it for us. They are all very kind and professional. Teresa is always responding quickly. A stay in this apartment is really special. It sits on the Parasio - a hill with ancient streets and historic buildings spiraling around it. There is so much to explore. And the (sand!) beach is just a short walk away. There are even elevators to make your way more convenient. The Appartment itself has a lot of history. You can't help but wonder who else has been in these walls during the centuries and what stories have played out here. The view from the little balcony is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The night we arrived, a dj played music in front of the bar below the appartment. We joined them for aperitivo and had a great evening. We were really sad to leave and hope to be back one day!!

Stay that far exceeded our expectations. Three floors to climb without an elevator, but when you open the door of the apartment, WOW the view!!!!!!! Splendid, magnificent. The apartment is a beautiful size with everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness!!! Marco was responsive and gave us addresses. At that time, not much was open, life was mainly in Sanremo. The beach is less than 10 minutes' walk away We made a wonderful discovery while walking. I recommend visiting the old Bussana. A ruined village where artists have taken up residence. Beautiful cedar with a very nice view. We recommend the little restaurant at the entrance to the old village where you need extra tender charcoal-grilled meat!!!! Gianna and her husband are great and friendly people. They can always be reached. The apartment lacks nothing. It has everything you need. We were very pleased with the homemade olive oil and lemons. Absolute recommendation for those who like to have it quiet and want to explore the surroundings. Also suitable for trips to Monaco or Nice.

Great accommodation, in the middle of the city, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Still had very quiet nights. The perfect accommodation to experience Sanremo. Very nice host!

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

We had a very nice week in the apartment! The check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, with an ample selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a joy every day!

The apartment is really something for people who appreciate peace and nature. The apartment has style and everything we needed was there; but nothing more. The beds are great. The atmosphere in the village is calm and friendly.

Wonderful apartment. Exactly as advertised with great location, close to shops and beautiful beaches, walks and trains (we did not drive so relied on trains). Marco was a wonderful host. We had an issue with the shower on the first day and contacted Marco and although it was a Sunday he was responded almost immediately and fixed the issue.

Such a great stay, Giacomo fetched me from the station and helped check in. Clear instructions, he was so friendly. Would definitely recommend staying.

We had a great stay! The location is great – the beach and many restaurants are right nearby. It seems like a place that is mainly visited by Italians themselves, which we found to be very pleasant. It was a bit noisy at night, but that's not the host's fault. We were particularly enthusiastic about road cycling in the area - a dream! Sergio's tip with Rodman was awesome, and the bike rental worked perfectly thanks to his recommendation. We were completely satisfied!

Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

This is a high-end, luxury apartment located just a minutes-drive away from Monte Carlo. The moment you walk in and the automated blinds open to a beautiful panoramic view of Monte Carlo, you’ll instantly feel like you made the right choice. It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

after we worked our xl-bus to sant'agata, we were received very warmly. Patrizia quickly showed us everything, after that we were able to enjoy the great facility and the pool. villa angela is super well maintained and has fantastic views to the sea due to the height location, if it is not too much on the coast. Because we were there all alone, we had the nature and the great location for the 5 of us family exclusively. If all apartments are occupied, you certainly have to take more considerations, but everyone always finds plenty of space to relax. We will be back to rest. We will be back!!!

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. To reach Larvotto Beach on foot, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

A big thank you to Valeria for her hospitality, the accommodation was faithful to the description and even better. When we are there, The environment is peaceful, nature is predominant, my three-year-old daughter was amazed to see so many fireflies on the ground. We needed rest and quiet, and this accommodation met all our requirements, I highly recommend

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Wonderful and cozy apartment, with attention to the smallest details, very clean and equipped with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a view of the village. Very kind hosts, very welcoming and super helpful in case of any need. The apartment is located in a strategic central area and has a very convenient private parking space. I would highly recommend the property for a pleasant holiday in total relaxation and equipped with all comforts!
