Waterfront holiday rentals in San Juan

Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in Elyu! The room was super clean and cozy, and the bed was so comfy (we were honestly tempted to sleep the whole day away lol). The bathroom was spotless too. Big bonus: free bread in the mornings! The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. The beachfront view was amazing, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to El Union for your morning coffee fix, about 10–15 minutes to Kabsat for lunch, and only 5 minutes to Flotsam & Jetsam. There’s paid parking available too, which is super convenient if you’re bringing a car. Overall, I had such a great stay. Definitely booking again the next time I’m in La Union!

We had a lovely stay! First, the price for such accommodation is fairly cheap, considering it already has a beach front access. It wasn't easy to get to the location though. Would've been more convenient if there were clearer instructions as there are constructions nearby and the map isn't accurate. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and attends to all our needs. They were very responsive and helps us throughout the stay. Would love to stay here again on our future travels!

A nice place to unwind

We had a wonderful stay at Joel’s place! The beachfront location was perfect, and it was a great spot for our family getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was cool and refreshing, and kitchen amenities were available for us to use, which made our stay even more convenient. Our kids had so much fun throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kuya Jonathan and his wife—they were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Service. Host is very accomodating. The room is just a few minutes walk away from the beach. And it is not so crowded.

We had fun staying at Dr. Neil's place. The room was clean and spacious, and had appliances and furniture that made our long-term stay more comfortable. Tita Marge and the rest of the family is helpful and friendly. The location is peaceful and away from the loud and crowded parts of the beach. I also love that there are other areas you can stay in. I love spending my mornings in the bar area to watch the beach. There is also a co-working space where you can get a glimpse of the beach. The internet at that time is not stable enough to use for work, so we bought a pocket wifi. Anyway, I love the place and we will definitely come back here. Thank you Dr. Neil and family!

We stayed for 15 days without any problems. Highly recommended!

The place waa great but a bit small for 2 people. Not much of space to walk around. I just wished they have a chair or sofa where we can sit when inside the room. Only 2 hangers provided. However the area where it is located is superb!!! It’s right in front of the beach where you can enjoy sunset/sunrise by the beach. Very refreshing. The free bread provided everyday was a huge plus for us as well as their small kitchen where we can get water to drink and have a mini breakfast. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Wifi was very good and stable. The place was very cozy. Truly a relaxing vacation!

Accommodating hosts and very great location! Super happy na walking distance ang beach from the house, and there are lots of nearby establishments! ❤️ Looking forward to stay in the house again. ☺️

Our stay at Palms was terrific! While it’s not right in the middle of the bustling main areas, that’s exactly what made it perfect for us—a peaceful escape with a beautiful view of the ocean. The highlight was the shared space and pool area on the 3rd floor—ideal for intimate nighttime hangs with family or friends. Lili’s place was absolutely amazing. I was in need of a peaceful getaway, and her home delivered just that. The outdoor veranda overlooking the beach was incredibly calming and exactly what I needed. It was a truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Lili!

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb was truly one for the books! From the moment we arrived, my family and I were blown away by the outstanding service and warm hospitality that greeted us. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. The ambiance was simply delightful. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Location-wise, this place couldn't be better! Nestled in a not crowded area but, close to local attractions. Whether we decided to explore or just relax, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Without a doubt, the hospitality and service provided by our hosts were exceptional. Ensuring we had everything we might require for a perfect stay. Overall, our Vacation was nothing short of spectacular! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. An easy 11 out of 10!

Place is perfect for small groups who wanted a quick Elyu trip. Room is neat and airconditioned. Shoutout to the 2 lady staff because they are very accommodating. Overall, I have a pleasant stay. Will definitely go back for my next biglaan trip

This rental home in La Union is really a few steps away from the beach! Very thoughtful design for big groups. Good wifi, lots of charging ports in each room. They provide towels. There’s also a bidet outside to rinse off your feet before you enter the house. The 2nd floor room has beanbags with a beachview, perfect for hanging out! I appreciated Ms Lewe Joy and Ate Lanie’s help throughout our stay! Would recommend bringing only items you can carry, though they have someone who can assist you with bringing your items in. Pay parking is across the street.

It was beautifully located in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan! The staff were amazing, helpful and very polite. The pool on the rooftop was stunning with the views of the water. Glorious sunsets! A nice escape and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Lan for this wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Carol’s place in Bacnotan! The room was cozy and had everything our small family of three needed. It’s just steps from a quiet, peaceful beach that we almost had to ourselves during our stay — such a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We also loved how easy it was to take a quick 10-15 minute drive to Urbiztondo when we wanted to explore coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is calm and laid-back, and waking up to a beach view from the balcony was a real treat. Carol was a great host—very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot to small families or couples looking for a quiet beach escape that’s still close to surf town vibes when you want them!
