Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Juan

Staying at Moms Homestay is exactly as it sounds, cozy, comfortable, and warm (in all the right places!) Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. The place has a lot of character and quirks that makes it very unique in a good way. It’s situated nearby a beach access (Catalina Road) but it’s also conveniently located near Urbiztondo either through commute or with your own private vehicle (5-10min drive). Just remember to be courteous to the other guests so that everyone’s stay can be as pleasant as ours. Definitely on top of our list for when we go back to Elyu!

I stayed for 4 nights and will probably come back. I had a very nice start to my Philippines journey. Julian & Ian helped me with insights, contacts & paying the tricycle driver when I was out of cash. It’s calm and outside the center, easily to get around by jeepneys but next time I will rent a scooter for maximal flexibility. There also were other travelers which made it easy to connect. The owners are approachable and flexible regarding the terms of using their facility, making them easy to deal with. The house is a bungalow type and matches the interior as presented. However, when we first arrived, we had some doubts about whether it was the right house. The road leading to the accommodation was narrow, with only one way in and out. Manoeuvring to park your vehicle in their private parking space, especially vans, was quite challenging but possible. On the other hand, the road entry was not busy most of the time, so coming in and out while staying there was manageable.

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb was truly one for the books! From the moment we arrived, my family and I were blown away by the outstanding service and warm hospitality that greeted us. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. The ambiance was simply delightful. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Location-wise, this place couldn't be better! Nestled in a not crowded area but, close to local attractions. Whether we decided to explore or just relax, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Without a doubt, the hospitality and service provided by our hosts were exceptional. Ensuring we had everything we might require for a perfect stay. Overall, our Vacation was nothing short of spectacular! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. An easy 11 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at Joel’s place! The beachfront location was perfect, and it was a great spot for our family getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was cool and refreshing, and kitchen amenities were available for us to use, which made our stay even more convenient. Our kids had so much fun throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kuya Jonathan and his wife—they were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Enjoyed the place. Always our go to. Not too far from the city proper, walking distance of everything kung pasyal ang hanap mo. The unit is big enough and really nice. If anything, additional utensils for a family like us who mainly cooks food during our stay (and sorry if may mga naiwan kaunti hindi super nalinis, was caught up sa public market in the morning, and ran out of time to clean the unit before checking out) Also bidet? Para easier haha. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and will surely come back next time.

Great place if you want a peaceful and cozy/modern space in baguio. Our family just walked from sm to the location and vice versa really great exercise. There is a nearby breakfast place with a lot of options and very good food. Very fast wifi also with smart tv so resting was very good. Highlight of the place is the balcony, great area to drink coffee and watch the city and foggy mountains (veryy very cold). They have a pool and gym but had no time to use since it requires payment, it would be very great though the usage comes with the booking considering the price. Nonetheless great place great location

COZI Home is a wonderful place to stay. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It provided us with the privacy we needed and was a great space to relax and recharge after a busy day of touring. We appreciated having the option to cook and warm up our own food, which made our stay even more comfortable. The sleeping arrangements were more than enough for our family of nine, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. Overall, it’s the perfect home-away-from-home right in the heart of the city.

Beachside room has a splendid view of the beach thanks to the glass corner window. very close to the beach, perfect for senior companions. ruby, raquel and the crew were accomodating and helpful. locals offered fresh fish that they can cook for you for a fee- the food was delicious. Kitchen is well provisioned except for the stove. Overall it was a relaxing stay, the beach is clean and beautiful and we will definitely come back.

We were impressed by how complete the amenities were—everything we needed was available, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy blankets for those chilly Baguio nights. The house itself was a perfect blend of modern comfort and old Baguio charm, with thoughtful decorations that made it feel homey and welcoming. Also, a big shoutout to our host, Ms. Evamie who was incredibly proactive and quick to respond to any questions we had. She even surprised us with a lovely welcome treat, which was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming stay in Baguio! Can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The location was convenient and close to the town proper. The only minor downside was the steep uphill walk to Parking A, but overall, everything else was excellent. I’d gladly stay here again!

The place is absolutely beautiful and very accessible! It is located near a grocery store, making it easy to grab essentials anytime. The cabin like vibe makes the stay even more relaxing and memorable. Perfect for a peaceful getaway! Thank you!

One of the best place I have stayed with my family in Baguio! Highly recommended for families who wanted a quiet location with homey vibes. Also, all rooms at ground floor helped my senior relatives, easy to access the entire place. Caretakers are very nice and easy to coordinate with. Will definitely book again here :)

My wife and I loved our stay here. It’s so beautiful & peaceful. Our 2 dogs had room to roam and enjoy the open garden space. Our stay was made amazing thanks to the generosity and care of Mr & Mrs Apacway, who went over and above to make our stay both comfortable & enjoyable. We can’t thank them enough for ensuring we had a wonderful time. We arrived without our vehicle (due to an engine breakdown near Carmen Rosales and a subsequent rescue by our hero- Joseph), however, we were still able to commute into Baguio city by waving down a jeepney & coach from the main road. Coming back from the city we took the local bus (before 10pm) and also a victory liner coach. The cottage is a haven and we sincerely hope we get an opportunity to come back and stay again. If you’re reading this review, stop looking and reserve!
