Villa holiday rentals in San Juan

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our barkada. The space was even more stunning than the photos — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun. We love that it has a small pool good enough for us to unwind and the property is so close to the beach which is a plus points! It has a parking space too.. and I’d like to thank our host Patty for being so accommodating, and responsive.. it felt like she genuinely cared about making our stay special and hassle-free. Highly recommend Villa Vittoria for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a relaxing escape with loved ones! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay with the whole family for 2 nights in Ula Homes. The house was absolutely lovely and the house was very clean, including the pool. It had everything we needed and even accommodated a couple of extra cousins that ended up joining us on the second night which we paid extra for. We were thankful for their flexibility and our whole family had a great time. They recommended a wonderful surf school and my sister and I ended up going - the next day, 7 of us came back and had a wonderful time learning how to surf. They went above and beyond and even got us tricycles. We weren’t disturbed at all in any of the days and night we stayed there but knew kuya king was available via text if we ever needed him. This place was beyond everything we ever hoped for. If we go back in La Union with the family, we will come back again!!! Highly recommended - 5+ starssss!!!!!

The staff/keeper was very assistive and helpful. The host was very responsive and also helpful. They really extended their immediate assistance when we needed something. The beach was very accessible from the place. Property is situated in a peaceful environment. Place has a very good view of the beach sunset. Spacious parking area. Overall, our family's stay was perfect.

The place was truly amazing! We were fortunate to be the only guests during our stay, so we had the entire property to ourselves. It was incredibly relaxing, and we had such a great time. The pool was crystal clear, and the villa was immaculate. The host was very responsive, and the staff were both kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

The place was clean and smelled great—perfect for a relaxing staycation! :) The internet connection was excellent, which was a big plus. However, the bathroom tiles were a bit slippery and could be accident-prone, especially for children. Also, there was no staff available at night in case you need assistance, which might be inconvenient for some guests. It would be even better if breakfast were included in the room rates—hopefully something to consider for the future. :)

Ace was very friendly N accommodating. He even welcomed us even we arrived very late as we had ti meet relatives. He responded to all my queries. Ace communicated what to expect when we arrive. The place was what we expected as per the photos on the app. Thank you Ace for the fresh fruits (pomelo, banana and mangoes) that we took home. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed our time in your place.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa Vittoria. The villa is close to almost all tourist spots and it's a 1-2 mins walk to the beach. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for our short staycation. The place looks much, much better and wider in person! Ms Pattycake and staff were also very thoughtful - they laid out slippers for our family, helped us with our luggage, and made sure all our queries were answered. Ms Pattycake was also responsive and accommodating to us. My parents rave about coming back here again as they love it so much!

The location was great, the place was clean, the cr was clean. wish there were only free toiletries and skippers inside hehe and there was a kitchen downstairs to be perfect but overall she was okay. 💕

The host was very accommodating and responsive. She was very hospitable and will provide all your needs. The place was so clean and the view of the ocean was very breath taking. The house was very neat and all your needs will definitely be provided to you. Kudos as well for those people who were assisted us during our stay they were very helpful and accommodating. The host was very friendly and suggesting you what you can do beside the beach on your trip. The jacuzzi is very nice and room was so cold, it can relax you. The place was beach front and near urbiztoondo where you can try some restaurants and bars. We will definitely going back again on this place. I also recommend to try the host's place for you to relax and enjoy the beach . Host mam you're the best. Kudos to you.

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️
