We had a fantastic stay! The ocean view was breathtaking, and the home was neat, cozy, and perfectly situated in the middle of amazing wildlife. Tom and Miriam were such kind and Helpful hosts, offering thoughtful hospitality touches like homemade banana bread, cookies, and blackberry jam. They also provided us with some guidance that only local’s would know. We couldn’t have asked for better stay—highly recommend!

Jana's place was fantastic! We stayed for a week, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The RV has a comfy bed, and everything you need to cook a little get clean, and enjoy. We brought our little Webster grill and a propane fire pit (which we camp with because of fire bans) and it was perfect. We also were able to put our kayaks into the water and paddle the bay right there.... Beautiful. And if you're into wildlife, you'll catch eagles, herons and kingfishers frequently flying by, deer who wander through, and seals swimming by. Most spectacularly, I had seven river otters swim about 10 feet away from me when sitting by the water at dusk one night. Also appreciated the proximity to the ferry so we can easily get a spot in line.thank you for your hospitality!

Kelley's place is clean, spacious, and in a great location. Kelley herself is warm, welcoming, and super-responsive. As others have noted, the breakfasts are epic! We particularly enjoyed the addictive granola and the savory Dutch baby (pancake, that is!). We arrived on the island on the day's last ferry, and Kelley kindly stayed up to welcome us; throughout our stay she was readily available for questions or recommendations. The cottage is an easy five minute walk from town, and is quiet despite being close to a main road. One downside, windows on both sides of the home overlook parking areas, so if a view is important, this is not the place for you! This wasn't an issue for us, and we would happily stay there again. Thank you Kelley for helping to make our trip an enjoyable one! Her place really is a home away from home.

We were on our 2 year anniversary road trip when we started looking for a last minute reservation. At first I was a little uneasy about going out to Lopez Island as it wasn’t our destination and we had never been before, but boy was I in for a surprise. This place was the sweetest and most homey getaway. This island is somewhere we will be coming back to for a longer stay and more adventures and this boutique hotel will be our go to stay. We weren’t around long, checked in late and left early, but I wish I could have thanked Anthony in person for making this such a memorable trip and destination for us.

We had a great stay at the Lummi cottage. The setting is beautiful and private with a great view of the water. The cottage was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend it.

Chris's place is always super clean and quiet. Stroll in the lush back yard or lounge in the chairs on the front porch. Chris and Tom are the sweetest hosts ever.

This was a fabulous place to stay and Mindy was a super host. She made me feel right at home and was very gracious. It is a truly lovely spot and very quiet and peaceful. It’s not too far from town so it offers a great balance of privacy and relative convenience. I hope I make it back to Orcas again soon and I will definitely choose Mindy’s place to stay, if available. A great experience, thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting cottage on Orcas Island. The owners have done an exceptional job in creating a warm and inviting space that seamlessly blends into the natural beauty of the surroundings. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. But what truly made this stay special was the absolute love and care that Meg and Bob have put into building this very special cottage.

The cottage was perfect for the five of us! The space, kitchen and bedrooms were well appointed and exactly as described. The outdoor table and space was a nice place to sit and relax. The location was ideal for walking to the ferry, near town and catching our whale watching tour. Would highly recommend to others and plan to stay here again on our next adventure.

This whole experience was wonderful—from booking to checking in, to leaving—all was fantastic. The space is adorable, private, and has everything you need. They left local treats for us that were so yummy. Very responsive to messages and truly want to make your experience memorable!

Absolutely lovely place to stay, it is decorated so cozy and stocked with basically everything you would need and more. There was A/C on the upper level, which kept it very comfortable and heat on both levels as well if needed. The views of the beach are amazing and the walk to the beach is just a short distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. Sarah promptly communicated. We look forward to staying again when in town!

All the stars! We loved staying at Kim’s place. Private with a beautiful garden. We loved the deck for morning tea and afternoon reading. The interior is very nicely done. The little vases of flowers from the garden were a delightful and welcoming touch. I forgot my kindle at home so appreciated the books by the bed to read. Kim was friendly and a wonderful host. We loved Orcas and will be back!

Virginia was very helpful and responsive. We were stuck in the ferry line waiting and hoping to catch a ferry when they suspended service due to mechanical issues. She immediately reached out to help us navigate this issue and we very helpful getting us the latest information. All instructions thereafter were direct and concise. She was a pleasure to work with.
