You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Community pool access just across from property.

Property is bordered by a creek (great for guests who bring their paddleboards or kayaks). 5 min walk to Birch Bay State Park.

If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!
