Waterfront holiday rentals in San Joaquin River

Beautiful place right on the beach. Fully remodeled unit and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Our family had a great time staying at this unit. Already planning to come back in couple of months.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Elise’s place is such a great spot. Perfect for a small family or a couple of friends looking to enjoy the charm of the foothills. Located right in downtown Jackson, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It’s also a short drive to nearby wineries and fun day adventures like Kennedy Mines, rail cars, Black Chasm Cavern, and Indian Grinding Rock Historic Park. The home is cozy and relaxing, a perfect place to unwind after exploring. Elise made check-in and check-out super easy, and the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local books on the area were much appreciated. A wonderful and reasonably priced stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right next to the beach where we spent most of the time. The place itself was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Katie’s condo was exactly what we were looking for! Amazing location walking distance to June Lake and the nearby shops. The place had a great layout and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Without a doubt would stay here again. Katie is a great host and had very clear instructions and communication was a breeze. Highly recommend!

I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

This is our second time staying at Tanya's airbnb and the location can't be beat! You can walk right down to the lake's beach (the marina) which is so convenient since parking is extremely limited. We loved using the boats (kayak, canoe, and paddle boat) & hanging out on the deck was so peaceful. Tanya was very quick to respond when we had questions which we really appreciated. The house had everything we needed and we can't wait to return.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautifully secluded gem. The home was spotless and fully stocked. We enjoyed our morning coffee by the rivers edge and evening stargazing each day. So peaceful and mesmerizing! There are plenty of hiking trails nearby, and this home is very close to Yosemite NP. Tina was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our experience smooth from beginning to end. Some incredible memories were made and we look forward to staying here again. This is a spacious and very comfortable home on a huge, private, treed garden sloping down to a river and waterfalls. We had a wonderful time enjoying the huge deck as well as the indoor amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms up to date. Thank-you Mike for your quick response to our requests. We had a wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and comfortable house in Mariposa. The home was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to drop off our food and luggage before the official check-in time, which made our arrival much smoother. One especially convenient feature was the in-unit washer and dryer. It was such a relief to be able to do laundry at the end of our trip—we loved not having to bring home a suitcase full of dirty clothes! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Sonny was incredibly communicative and thoughtful throughout the entire reservation process. You can tell he really wants your group to have a great stay. We loved our time at his home and look forward to coming back.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. We loved staying at this location very close to the mountain and restaurants. Super clean and very cozy! Ivana was so kind to turn the heater on prior to our arrival since we got in late. Since we came towards the end of the season, the local lifts were closed but driving up to the mountain and parking was easy. We will def stay at this location again next season

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.
