Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Joaquin River

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their communication was top-notch from start to finish. They were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and perfect for our trip. We would absolutely love to stay with them again. Highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend, and if visiting the area again would look forward to returning to stay with Carrie again. Nice, calm, safe neighborhood with optimal privacy. Carrie was in touch the whole time and made sure our stay felt like home. Thank you!!

Emilio’s place was the perfect private getaway for my family’s trip to Fresno. The interior design was impeccable. The house was spotless. Had all the amenities one could possibly need. Emilio was very communicative. My only feedback is that the dishwasher did not wash the dishes very well at all. Also, the pool had some residual dirt on the bottom and no vacuum for the pool unfortunately. Other than those two things, everything else was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had such a perfect stay at Maja’s home! The view is incredible, and the various decorations around the place give it a very cozy vibe. There’s plenty of space and things to do that we never felt bored. On top of this, Maja is very kind and clearly communicated everything our group needed to know. Definitely hoping to return here someday!

Great home and great location! Deana was awesome and her home met all of our needs. We were a party of six and we all rested comfortably and enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. There was spacious parking for our vehicle (we were also able to park it inside the garage, which was nice) and the park across the street was enjoyable. Her list of recommended places to eat was very helpful!

We stayed here for 2 nights with family and absolutely loved it! The house is stunning, even more beautiful in person. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the design is modern, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view, especially during sunset. Inside, the large windows brought in tons of natural light, and the interiors were so clean and stylish. The bedroom was spacious and peaceful, making it easy to unwind. This place truly exceeded our expectations, we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque stay!

Michelle’s place is an absolute find. We were in town for a tournament, and it is so close to Stanislaus State. The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious layout, and a plethora of games for the family. The beautiful pool was just an added bonus. Michelle was also so accommodating and kind and agreed to late check out when our schedule changed. We will be back!

A perfect apartment in a beautiful little town, full of character and close enough to Yosemite for a day trip. Very comfortable bed and spacious living spaces. Would highly recommend, one of the best Airbnbs we have used.

Great location in the woods. very calm and peaceful place. loved the fully stocked kitchen. Connie was very responsive, friendly and gave good recommendations for Yosemite. The sofa cum bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable though but manageable. Having dishwasher in the kitchen would have been very useful as we had to do all the dishes before the checkout. Overall it was a good experience.

We visited Yosemite but couldn’t find accommodation inside the park — if you’re in the same situation, this place is a great option after about an hour’s drive out! There’s a restaurant downstairs that looked amazing — we were too tired to try it, but definitely recommend others to check it out. The place looked just like the photos, the A/C worked great, and it was perfect for cooking. The area was a bit noisy, but we fell asleep right away so it didn’t really bother us — plus, they provide earplugs! Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Yosemite!

Nice place.. The checkin process was very straight forward. All the checkin/checkout instructions were clear. This place has 15-20 picture frames of the host and their family members. It didn't bother me much; however other guests may find the place too personalized.

This was a great spot for our long weekend spent at Yosemite. The Airbnb was in a great location in close proximity to the Yosemite south entrance and centrally located in Oakhurst. Everything was just as described and would stay here again!

Great stay! The place was clean and has everything we needed. Felt very peaceful and the host was very responsive. It’s about an hour and a half drive to Yosemite village, which ended up not being too bad!

Leigh’s place was one of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The place was clean, easy to find, accurate as per the description on the website and close to the center of the town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Furthermore, Leigh was prompt in communication, always willing to help. I forgot my something at the airbnb and Leigh helped me out with it. One of the best hosts ive seen so far!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Felt safe in this part of Stockton. Great coffee shops all around

Our family’s stay was a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of blankets and linens, and beds were very comfy! Great walkable restaurants and a family-friendly pool and close access to the trails for plenty of fun made for a great stay all around!

Very nice place and loved how quiet it was. There is beautiful views of the mountains which is very relaxing. This condo is very clean and very nicely decorated and the walk to the village for dining and shopping is very close. We personally really liked staying here over a place that is right in the village because this was much quieter and you could get a good night sleep without any noise which we have never got from any of the places that we have rented in the village and like I said the walk is very short to get to the village. Yes there is a lot of stairs one of the ways to the village as one person commented but you can also walk out the lobby and walk down not even half a block to get there with no stairs if stairs are difficult for you.

This place was a great location for a weekend getaway. We had the perks of staying in Mammoth and also being close to the National Parks. We were about an hour from the Tioga Pass into Yosemite Park. The Inyo National Park is about 45min away. I would highly recommend this place and would visit again!

Excellent place to stay in mammoth! Very convenient location. Clean, beautiful place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again!

Lori was a great host. She was super flexible with check in time as we arrived earlier than expected. Her home was very comfortable and clean, which we really liked.
