Townhome holiday rentals in San Joaquin River

Great central location and easy to locate and enter. Comfortable living space and well supplied kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Master bedroom shared a bathroom with the other bedroom but had its own sink and mirror. Loved the square wooden dining table. Great for dining, playing games, and visiting. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cozy and the location was perfect for spring skiing, with quick access to shops and food and a short drive up to Mammoth Main lodge. We arrived super late at night and check-in was super easy. The private spa and washer and dryer in unit were a great bonus! We would definitely stay again, thank you!

My family thoroughly enjoyed Steve and Rachel’s house. It was everything they described and more. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable for our party of seven. We will definitely consider this rental again when we return to Mammoth. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Diana was a perfect host. She was responsive, friendly, proactive, and welcoming from the get-go. The home was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The fireplace brought extra atmosphere. Quiet apartment spacious enough for a family of five with three teenagers. Easy to get in and out and convenient parking. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. Kim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Santana Row was decorated beautifully for the holidays, which made a lovely extended stay. Thank you Kim.

Lorraine is a great host! She was a super accommodating to my group, offered us flexible check in and check out times, and when I left my bag there she worked with me to get it back. The condo is great! Lots of stairs as the listing states, but if you don’t mind the extra cardio it is 100% worth it. My group of 9 very comfortably stayed in the condo, and the walk to canyon lodge could not be closer!

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

The photos don't do the location justice. Whale watch from your living room and see the entire Monterey Bay from the beach...you don't have to put your shoes on to get to the beach, you're already here. We came at a lovely warm time and there weren't any other people around. Community has a pool and hot tub that were also great! So thankful to have enjoyed some days here at Blue Diamond. The binoculars and scope really were great for whale watching from the living room. What a cool sight to see a whale breeching while the sun was setting. It only takes 3 minutes to get to Moss Landing, 3 lovely well appointed and comfy beds with buttery soft linens were great place to rest our heads. Thanks again Deb!

Absolutely love this home! We feel like such ballers when we’re here 😊. The views are out of this world, the furnishings are all very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and the appliances are easy to use. The ping pong table is a blast to have around and my family ended up having a ping pong tournament. The beach itself is steps away from the unit. And it is incredibly private and secluded. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, a fun family beach vacation, or a romantic getaway, this wonderful home checks off all the boxes. Rent it if you can!!

Everything was advertised. This unit had it all. Very comfortable for 2 or 3 couples. The location was spectacular.

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything was simply perfect. The location is fantastic - quiet, convenient, and beautiful. We especially loved the thoughtful touches, like the selection of table games we enjoyed playing together after dinner. Even kids’ LEGO set were provided, which made our children so happy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to come back!

Had an awesome stay at Greg’s condo in Mammoth. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for fishing access. Greg was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would definitely book again!

The Lucky Acorn is in a great location within walking distance of the main street. The place is very comfortable, well appointed, and the acorn-themed decorative touches are fun! My friends and I enjoyed our stay, and we appreciated that Anna was very communicative when there were some issues with the Wifi.

This is the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. Susan was the best hostess, she made us feel right at home with a little welcome note and snacks after our long travel day. She always wrote back to us if we had any questions and was so kind. The set up of this apartment showed the utmost care for guests. Not only was it extremely clean, but it had all of these little fun items, like a towel warmer and lovely outside space. In the morning I was able to go for a run at a stunning nearby regional park that had a lake. That park also had a beautiful playground and splash pad, they loved it so much! We were there for a wedding at The Ranch at Silver Creek and it was only a 7 minute drive up the hill. The rest of my family was jealous we were able to stay so close to the venue! I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and if we are ever back in San Jose we will stay here.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of clean towels were in a cupboard. The washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave were all of good quality. A lovely home away from home.

We had a great stay at Pipers place, we felt right at home. There was enough room for all us guys and were very comfy. My dog felt right at home also.

Great place, host was extremely accommodating and had great communication.

Gary and Ninder's home was exceptional! The house had everything we needed and it's in a great part of town that is safe and it's also centrally located, so it's just a short walk or drive to almost anything you want to see or do. Gary is also very attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Stephanie’s place. The view is spectacular, absolutely loved the deck area. It’s peaceful and beautiful, with all the amenities you need. The house was perfect for our family stay and had everything we needed. Was a comfortable stay for us. Stephanie was kind enough to check in to see how we were doing and was always responsive and accommodating. Grateful for the priceless memories we were able to make there as a family. My family and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Mammoth. It is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood not too far from the village and a short drive to the lakes. The place was very clean and the place even had some board games and a coffee bar that added a nice touch. I definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting!
