Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Isidro de El General

We spent 10 days in the coffee house and felt very comfortable. It's great to start the day with the birds singing in the morning and to look out into the countryside. The house is quietly located and away from any hustle and bustle, you can get to the beach or the nearest towns super fast by car. The house offers enough space and is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. We'd come back any time!

Despite the rains, the family had a wonderful time at the home. On the last day the rains finally cleared and the view was absolutely stunning. A 4x4 is an absolute must!

We had a wonderful time The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. It was wonderful to enjoy nature from the terrace, the view was phenomenal. It is true that you need a 4x4 to get there, but that also ensures that once you have arrived you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility!

Very well-located and secure accommodation. The hosts are very responsive and adorable. The bungalow is minimalist but there is everything you need. There is no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom is en-suite to the double bed room. Check-in to the unit is easy. We had a lovely stay at Désirée's.

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

The property is in an amazing location and secluded. Very large and plenty of space to spread out. Felo the property groundskeeper was very friendly and helpful. House seems very new and modern. However, some simple amenities were missing (i.e. shower curtain, kitchen utensils lacking, power outlets in kitchen). We had a great time and have no complaints. This property is for sale so it may not be available too long on AIRBNB? We would recommend it.

What you're going to find is much better than what you can see in the photos, the house and its surroundings are quiet and private... very comfortable, I definitely hope to return.

A perfect place to share with family. Everything is super quiet, surrounded by nature, and with that rich sound of the forest that makes you disconnect. The house is comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything we needed. We feel very comfortable!

impeccable facilities, the common areas very clean and tidy. With 2 large pools and 2 small ones for the boys. a very kind treatment and good initiative from all the staff.

Excellent location, very quiet, clean with all the amenities.

10/10. The host family is very kind, helpful and communicative. The space is beautifully bathed in natural light and surrounded by nature. There is hot water, generous space, good reception/wi-fi, and everything you might need in the kitchen. The climate is cool at night so we slept great. Great neighborhood with good restaurants and stores walking distance. We stayed for five weeks and would absolutely do it again! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about the beauty of this location. The view is unbelievable. The house is so well sited to take advantage of the view. The porch is gorgeous and soaking tub is lovely. The house is glass on two sides to take full advantage of the view but also completely private. Modern decor with a serene and peaceful vibe. Isaac responded immediately to our questions when we arrived. Great weekend getaway. We will definitely stay here again!

Thank you, it is a lovely little cabin in an awesome surrounding! We saw Hummingbirds in the trees beside the house and Quetzals in the back and along the road a bit further down plus at least 10 more bird species. The house is simple but sufficiently equipped, everything is very clean, Wifi is ok most if the times, blankets were comfortly warm at night and parking is very easy in front of the house. Everything is so peaceful! Restaurants are not far in walking distance. 4x4 is advised for the road (mostly paved, but sometimes quite steep). Dirchy and Amanda (at the reception) were very helpful and super friendly. We love to come back!

Second time staying here, we love it! The house is beautiful and the cool climate is a nice relief. When we had an issue with the water heater, Ana Victoria sent someone over to help us right away.

Beautiful well-kept cottage in the middle of beautiful nature. Very good communication with the host. Be careful with getting there: From the Pacific coast only accessible via San Isidro.

I only have one word for this place: BEAUTIFUL! The Location is a perfect place to get lost a couple days. you can walk around the place or take a tour with the local operator. The neighbors are so lovely (they call the door to give us some Easter snacks and homemade ice cream), so the place is extremely peaceful and you may see Crestones from there! About the cabin... no words, the pictures don't give enought credit to the place, it has plenty of room for an entire family. internet works perfect what make it great for nomads. Be prepared for nights under 10⁰C and fresh days, bring enough food & drinks because there's no shops nearby. Attention: you'll be in a rural township, so don't blame the place for the bugs and the noisy singing birds... you're invading them! The fridge is too tiny, definitely it's something to improve, we personally would love some ambient lamps on the living and rooms, and night tables at the bed's sides. ELSE... DON'T DOUBT TO GO THERE!

The cabin surprised us for the better, it far exceeded our expectations and I would stay here again without a doubt. The weather is beautiful, the fireplace is perfect for those cold nights and everything was actually very good.

Great place up in Miravalles overlooking San Isidro. Enjoyed the area and local sodas/restaurants. Very relaxing.

Amazing views. Great for bird watching and immerse in nature. The villa looks brand new, everything works perfectly except there’s no heating system so it’s difficult to stay warm at some times during the day and night. You definitely need a 4x4 for a little part of the road closer to the house. Worth the price!
