5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and with a small garden ideal for breakfast or relaxing. Inside there is also the space for the car that is really comfortable for. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and truly with lots of utensils to use the kitchen. Alberto was really very kind and welcoming and if you need him, he responds right away. This destination is ideal for visiting all the villages and cities in the countryside and the restaurant nearby is divine. Unparalleled value for us.

The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Rudi and Lydia are great people. Extremely hospitable, helpful and with a broad interest. The yard is beautiful. You reach the house via a strada bianca. The cottage is well and attractively decorated. You have a private garden, but apart from that, you can look and use anywhere. We had wonderful days and will definitely come back. We have friends with us

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

House in the countryside, in a quiet area with beautiful views, surrounded by vineyards overlooking the Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano. Newly built house, spacious, equipped with all comforts, all extremely clean and functional. Gilberto and his family stood out for their hospitality, helpfulness and kindness. One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

We had a wonderful stay at Chiantishire Cottage. A very beautiful house with an even more beautiful view close to Florence. Highly recommended for anyone who likes peace and quiet, but close enough that you can easily visit a town by car. The daily visits of the sweetest dog Camillo made our vacation even more memorable. I would recommend Chiantishire Cottage to everyone.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. We’d definitely come visit again for our next Florence trip. Thanks Caterina!

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

We had a great stay in Barbara's apartment. Everything was sparkling clean, the apartment was well furnished and generously sized. Barbara answers all questions within a few minutes and is therefore a real help in all matters! There are problems with mosquitoes if you do not recognize that mosquito roller blinds are present. With the help of the roller blinds, you can leave the windows open at night and cool the rooms down wonderfully. You sleep wonderfully in the bed. Since the apartment is uphill, the view was breathtaking, but it is better to have a rental car to get up and down effortlessly. Getting a taxi or Huber is almost impossible and the approx. 5-minute ride costs more than €20! The best way to get there is from Scandicci by tram to Florence. It is tight and warm in the summer, but it only costs €1.70 per trip. If we visit Florence again, we would stay with Barbara again at any time!

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Gives a feel of living amongst the locals. The appartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were also nice amenities that we did not expect. Very much recommend.😊⚘️👌

Wow… so much to say about this place! It was a wonderful experience. 5 minutes from the train station so it was quick to check in. The hosts were so helpful with every question we had. We celebrated our anniversary on the day we arrived and order the Love Package. It was beautiful! Would highly recommend staying here to anybody coming to visit!

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
