Apartment holiday rentals in San Gimignano

Our stay was amazing. The posted pictures do not do her place justice. you have to see it, to believe it. We did opt for a private dinner in our room and it was just wonderful. We were served a linguini pasta in an olive oil sauce with amazing tomatoes, then homeade bread with a chicken dish, with a thick sauce, but I can't explain. maybe like a piccata, but different and grilled vegetables with a ginormous portion of tiramisu. I highly recommend!!!! It was around 80' F, and the place was cool inside, as described. The pool was beautiful, although we didn't use. Her horse is probably the most friendly horse I've ever met! The route is not easy to get there, but that's just how the area is. Lots of winding roads and sharp curves. Pay attention for motorcycles and bikes.

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! The accommodation is located in a quiet area and is perfect as a starting point for visiting the surroundings. It matches the description, very clean and tidy. There was also a nice welcome gift. Communication with Matteo was easy and the owners were very kind and helpful. A beautiful holiday in beautiful places!

A perfect stay in the heart of beautiful San Gusmè. The apartment is charming, clean, and well-equipped. You can walk around and enjoy the stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Peaceful, authentic, and ideally located to explore Chianti. Highly recommended!

I loved our stay here, right in the heart of San G. The window looking over the square was my favourite spot to watch out. The beds were lovely, everything was super clean and we felt at home here. Take note, you have to park out of the city walls (P3 or P4 is closest) and walk up a hill to get to the apartment which isn't a big deal unless you have as much stuff as us with 2 toddlers as well... So pack light and it will be fine!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Awesome little place to stay!! We were able to enjoy the pool with the beautiful view. Super nice place and definitely recommend it. We got checked in with no problems at all and the area was beautiful at this time of the year. Obviously San Gimignano was just a few minute drive away and that itself is also very nice! The accommodation is located in a small cozy Tuscan village. A real jewelry box! The apartment is surrounded by cozy little streets in the center, and on the other half by a dense forest. It's all very romantic! The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable and clean. Tastefully furnished. The host Ana is very kind, friendly, a real Italian woman, full of softness, femininity!😇🥰 I want to be like that too.😊💃

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We love San Gimignano. It’s the best beautiful medieval town. We stayed 6 nights. The apartment had a tv with local channels, dishwashing liquid for the kitchen, washing detergent for the washing machine. They provided the cafeteria (coffee machine for stove) with coffee which was great. You need to bring: - bathroom amenities - kitchen amenities (salt, oil, water etc) - stock up on water; it’s hot There is a local supermarket. The only downside is. There is no WiFi in the apartment due to the owners wishes. This was a real bummer for us. As tourists and business owners we needed access to Google maps to plan travel, check in for flights, conduct admin for back home. Internet access in the town is limited as is (but depends who you’re with and your plan). Obviously this is such a minor detail but hindered our experience a little when we were planning. Davide was super helpful and lovely. The apartment is beautiful, clean and we absolutely loved it. Would recommend 😊

An enchanting place to stay. Lovingly decorated with antiques yet full of comfort. The view is out of this world. Concetta and Paolo are perfect hosts. One evening we were hosted and experienced the best Tuscan hospitality and cuisine. We would like to come back and highly recommend the house.

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

A very perfect experience, the decoration in the room can feel the host's care.Each room has its own private garden, where you can enjoy the beauty of the sunrise and sunset in the homestay.Excellent location, close to Siena, convenient to go to Pienza, highly recommended!

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a great 2 night stay! Clean place, as described, and a very centrally located neighbourhood. The walls are a bit though so if you are a light sleeper, definitely recommend earplugs.

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Lovely house, very spacious and with beautiful decorations and furniture. Balcony with a great view. It was around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Siena. Would highly recommend!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
