I had a very comfortable stay at Nancy's place. The instructions were very clear, and so it was super easy to check in. The room is big, gets lots of sunlight and overlooks Bernal Hill. I loved that I could get a run in every morning on Bernal. It's close to public transport, Buses are a street away, BART is 2 blocks away. Valencia St has great restaurants. Strongly recommend Mitchell's Ice cream and Dog Eared Books nearby. Kitchen had everything I needed. Washer, Dryer in the building get the job done. Overall, a great place to stay. And Nancy is a very warm host. Strongly recommend.

Jerry took care of us so well! It suited all 4 of our separate tastes and needs. We could not have been more lucky that Jerry’s place was available for our very special getaway. It’s central to everywhere we wanted to go and he was terrific helping us with some last minute adjustments. We can’t be more grateful to him as a host. Our new home away from home when in SF. Fully as described. Jerry and Brianna have restored the building to be a pleasant and functional place. Great 'hood. One of SF's iconic corner coffee and gathering spots is right next door, the 'community center' for the area. And oh-so-beautiful Precita Park is directly across the street, the neighborhood's other community gathering space.

Room and apartment clean and beautifully decorated. Central and quiet location. Shops and good restaurants in walking distance. Good connection to public transport. Great and caring hosts. Nice chats, excellent and thoughtful tips. The complementary breakfast was a good start in the day. We loved the three cats. We would rent again.

This is possibly the best AirBnB I have stayed at. That is why I have been back. I haven't met Nancy, but from the communication she seems to be easy going and helpful where she can. The rooms are great, clean and with tasteful decoration which made me feel home. The kitchen area is great and functional. Highly recommended.

Cory's place was THE best communal experience I have ever had. Cory was friendly and welcoming and the place is spacious, colorful and warm. I was able to work remotely with privacy (the walls are sound proof!) which I really appreciated and even though its in the mission district where there is A LOT to do the home is very quiet and you do not hear the hustle and bustle of the city at all. I am looking forward to future stays. Thank you so much!

Look no further than this wonderful home in the hills, to relax and watch the fog along with your worries pass on by. These hosts are the best out there. Incredibly kind and welcoming. The room and house has a lot of charm. The internet was very quick, shower was relaxing and the occasional pup love was very welcomed. If you are staying in the area, it’s hard to beat this magical place ✨

Jia has everything you could possibly need, she has her supply closet stocked with everything, as well as her kitchen with things she can share. She's very friendly and gives you your space.

Very clean and comfortable Airbnb — everything was in great shape and clearly well looked after. Bruce and Andrew were really friendly and especially kind when we had a bit of unexpected trouble nearby. Their support didn’t go unnoticed. They also shared lots of helpful tips about the area, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. And their dog Heddy was absolutely adorable — a sweet little presence during our stay. All in all, a great place with thoughtful and welcoming hosts.

I had such an amazing time in SF and staying at Rebecca’s place made it even that much more amazing. she was so welcoming, responsive and super accommodating. the place is exactly as described. i spent a lot of time in their beautiful garden. i felt so at peace and so in the present moment. i cannot wait to visit again and stay with them !

My review is for the East Room. I stayed for about a week in May. The room is located at the end of the hallway — quiet and clean, just like the surrounding neighborhood. At first, the grey walls, black curtains, and a window view of the fence might feel a bit gloomy, but you get used to it quickly. There's also plenty of greenery outside the window, which helps brighten the mood. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped with everything you need. I didn’t really see the host — I believe he lives downstairs — but from our chats, he seemed like a nice person. It’s also conveniently close to grocery stores and the BART station for getting downtown. The only drawback is that the washer isn't available for guest use. Overall, a great stay! P.S. For noise-sensitive people, the tree outside the window can make some squeaking sounds when it’s windy — but if you're a typical sleeper, you probably won’t even notice it, and you get used to it very quickly.

Camila is an excellent host! She is warm and friendly, and her communication is very timely and meticulous, making the entire stay smooth and reassuring. The room is clean and comfortable, and the layout is full of warmth. Many thoughtful little details reflect her care. Thank you very much for her warm reception, which made this trip more enjoyable! If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely choose her place again. I highly recommend it!

Place was clean and well located. A nice affordable place to stay for the week. Randy was super available to make sure I had everything I needed!

Only stayed one night, but the place is picture perfect. Great location for exploring the city. Safe, clean, affordable and Jason was extremely responsive. Check in was a breeze and everything was clearly addressed. Highly recommend for a short or longer duration stay.

Jason was the perfect host and his place was gorgeous! It was wonderfully central but still super quiet and peaceful. The bed was amazingly comfy and Petey the dog was a charming addition! We had a great stay and would love to come back again soon. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place! Cathryn is amazing. The views are incredible. Walkable to great breakfast places… Check out Plow and Farley’s. Would definitely stay again.
