Holiday rentals with a kayak in San Francisco

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

Perfect location - close to everything in Mill Valley. I needed a clean, calm, quiet place to get ready for an event and that's what I got. The extra touches were so nice - a bud vase with a couple roses by the bed, a place to hang my clothes and stow my belongings. She also provided earplugs and white noise capability just in case the sound of her family upstairs was distracting, but it wasn't.

Such a beautiful spot ! The view and the deck are just breathtaking… so much marine life and lovely birds swooping by all day. The deck was not as well cleaned as the house , but we didnt care one bit ! Swept away cobwebs and had a great stay. Thanks so much, Matthew. All the best, Alma

Paradise location. Apartment is big and convenient, nothing to wish for a great vacation home in Bay area. Point Richmond offers some good parks and food options, all in short walking distance. Beaches are close, within a reasonable public transportation you get to clean San Quentin beach, if you wish to swim. Berkeley downtown is within one hour on public transportation, offering plentiful of the restaurants for any taste, San Francisco is a bit further, but still not beyond the reach for no automobile travelers like us. We had such a nice stay at John and David's place. Our family with two young kids did a longer stay, and it was a perfect home away from home. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved being right on the water with amazing views of Mt. Tam, and a big, beautiful, thoughtfully designed yard. And it was so fun to take the kayaks out for a paddle. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and an easy, convenient location in Marin. John was a wonderful host, from start to finish. He was thoughtful, welcoming, responsive to any question, and so accommodating, letting us extend our stay when our plans changed, and even helping us with a delivery after our stay. We felt lucky to stay at John's place and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, John and David!

This was a perfect house for a family with young kids and we felt right at home. Everything was easy and comfortable. The house was walking distance to a hiking trail which we enjoyed as well. Would stay here again.

We stayed four nights in Stan’s beautiful home with our three children ages 8, 6 and 11 months. Our two boys loved all the games and toys in this home. They loved being able to kayak from the deck and they built so much confidence going out on their own! This home had everything we needed and more! We loved driving to all the beautiful beaches in the area. We played tennis with our kids at the end of our street with racquets available in our home. We went boogie boarding and did a beautiful hike on the Matt Davis trail. Enjoyed several lovely meals in the Parkside restaurant. The store in town had everything we needed to stock up on food and other items. We love Stinson Beach and Stan’s home was perfect for our family of five. What a wonderful way to spend Spring Break!
